    I was about to say something similar. I thought it might have been better given the relegation situation. It is easily the worst game I've seen since Porto v Man Utd and before that Stoke v Newcastle. Barton said beforehand that Rory Delap is a weapon and I'm tempted to agree. Has the ball been in play any longer than 10 minutes.

    Just been watching some of the Stoke build-up with the learned Warren Barton. Basically he thinks Rafa was disrespectful with his hand gestures, however he didn't mean it disrespectfully.

    Given the amount of upset this innocuous and somewhat ambiguous gesture has caused it's a good job Rafa talked himself out of the Alan Partridge pelvic gyration celebration after the first goal.

    Why's demento so irritated about the 'small club' comments now you have to ask yourself? Rafa said it years ago and not a peep from him then or any other occasion when he's played them since. If this is mind games from a master (Copyright: Murdoch corporation), that don't impressa me much.

    Harry is a fairly decent manager, but all the bullshit that goes with it makes him repugnant. If he trained his team as well as he works the media he'd have won the title with them.

    I hope that once he is there he is fully able to concentrate on his football, away from the goldfish bowl that is Manchester. I know he will knuckle down and eschew the trappings of success.

    I've never seen Gai Assulin of the Barcelona B team play but I've heard he is fuckin' immense. He is either their goalie or a forward, I can't remember. Get the cash out Rafa lad.
