I think you have made a very good point. I've been on the waiting list for years, I work as a steward on the Upper Centenary turnstile, I'd say around40% of the ST that come through my turnstile are first timers as they dont know how to use it and ask if they are in the correct place in the ground. I understand give your ticket up for a game, sometimes your cant make it but just to keep it for the big games is wrong
