I've been using Mixmeister on mine. Its very basic but does the job I want it to. Problem is I can only get it to either mix as one single long track or break up into individual tracks but with a big fuck off gap between tracks. Anybody know how to remedy or offer alternative mixing software that allows you to record a mix, separate the tracks but so that it flows fluidly from one track to the next? My PC isnt mega powerful either.

I'd easily pay £8-9m for Aimar and heres why: 1. He has vision - unlike Dirk 2. He doesn't lack pace - like Morientes did or Dirk/Voro 3. He has cajones and can be a dirty twat - unlike Voronin/Dirk/ 4. He's 28 - got a few years left yet - 5. He's won 50 odd caps in a very strong Argie squad. 6. He's fucking Pablo Aimar!!!!!!!!!!! Class is permanent whatever league you're in. Morientes is a very good player but I dont think he's in Pablos league as an all rounder. He's not like Veron either who was a class midfielder playing 2 systems that did not suit him at all.

That is surprising. I used numerous brands that I found mixed results with, until I settled on NOW Tribulus (1000mg) which seemed to work. I didnt notice at first but when I ran out and came off it for a fortnight I certainly felt more tired, dozy and didnt have a pan handle on as much. Then again you never know how much of it is in the mind. Interesting about CEE. I knew it had caffeine in it but never considered thats why it worked so well! I've been weight training for 13 years solid. Never took gear and never wanted to. I've always looked alright but I look much better since I started eating better. When I was younger I couldnt put any weight on. I hammered the gym, weight gainer, protein drinks, KFC - everything. All of a sudden my metabolism slows and then its rapid expansion of the trousers. I've tried different types of regimes and mixed with other sports. Fittest I have ever been was about 4 years ago when I was doing kickboxing twice a week and weights the rest with 2 days off at the weekend. I was 11st 11 and slim, toned and mad, bad and dangerous to know. Bitch. However the kickboxing drained me too much so I cut down to once a week. I've cut out all bread of me diet, play footy and do the kickboxing once a week. and train the rest whilst having 2 days off (1 in the week and 1 of a sunday). Never train for more than an hour and do high intensity training with little rest between sets or body parts. Rest 2 days of a week. Dont worry about lifting heavy at first. Get the technique right and be strict. You'll grow and gain strength quicker teh stricter you are. 75% of supplements are shit and/or a rip-off. NEVER buy anything from Body Active. Its very expensive and you get stuff 1/3 price off the net. Tribulus is a great natural testosterone booster (1000 mg) that seems to work better for me mentally (and sexually!!!!) than it does physically although it did make me a little more energetic and switched on. Creatine Tablets with Ethyl Ester are also a decent supplement. They can be quite expensive but compared to 99% of the other Creatine you get (which is shite) they really work. You'll feel a tad stronger, you'll sleep well and for some reason you'll feel bollock heavy horny - and its all legal and herbal. None of this synthetic soup. Eat loads of egg white and chicken. If you drink - have vodka.

It was a poor poor first half display. The magic of the Cup aside, the sheer lack of hunger of some of our 11 in that first 45 was baffling. They looked scared to take any responsibility. However each year the FA Cup produces spirited performances by underdog teams against bigger clubs that usually last about 60 mins until the fitness levels start to tell. It showed us which of our players lack balls and hunger, (Pennant, Riise), which of our players lack ability (Itandje, Kuyt), which of our players are losing their legs (Finnan) and which of our players need serious work on their weaknesses (Masch, Babel, Yossi and possibly Crouch).

As ever with these stories its probably got about 20% of truth in it and 80% horse shit. I'd believe David Icke before I believed that odius slug Maddock or anything he writes.
