Dalglish went over to watch Lille play roughly a month ago and it seems that Roy (don't all shit yourself cause I mentioned his name) was watching thier recent game against Monaco. Frenchman Damien Comolli must have touted a few possible players to Roy from the French league since he has been here. They are clearly taking one,or more, players very seriously from Lille, so lets just hope Hazard is on our radar!

that I'll be bollocked / negged / both for this, c'est la vie, but why, if I hear a rumour about a possible signing, do I have to wade through page after page of vaccuous, vitriolic bullshit on one thread to see if anyone's talking about said rumour? The rumour in question is that we might be going after Villa with the Alonso cash. I did try the Summer Transfer thread but gave up after reading a couple of pages of utter bollocks and mud slinging. So, at the risk of negs and bollockings*, anyone know anything about this? *If nothing else, at least it'll give you someone new to throw abuse at instead of eachother.

Amid rumours that we are one of the leading clubs seeking after Johnson signature and Bobs alleged departure to Madrid, should the swap happen, do our fans beleive that this is a step up or down? I have to admit that Bob has had one of the best season at Liverpool and was probably part of that great spine that everyone goes on about. However I do like Johnson even if he has to improve defensively somewhat. Overall I hate to see Bob go, but I would like to see Johnson in a Liverpool shirt. Another alternative would be to keep them both but I dont think that is a viable option since we have Darby coming through ranks and he deserves his chance as well.
