Agreed, I made my peace after the United game in all honesty, I don't see us winning the league as I simply don't see us managing to see the next 5 games out as wins, at this point it is what it is though and given I didn't expect us to be anywhere near a title challenge this season we've probably overachieved in my eyes.

Honestly the only stupid thing they did with this whole affair was to make a thing of Atwell being a Luton supporter, it's given all the shit media and their pundits something to focus on and allowed all the shit banter merchants to be the loudest making shit jokes about what do they expect to hear in the audio. It's totally taken the focus off the fact they were utterly done over by three obviously bullshit decisions and that asking for the audio is really about hearing the decision making process that led to them(something every second fan has been screaming should be something they do even without controversy) and at least maybe putting some pressure on PGMOL to acknowledge they did wrong, instead it's going to inevitably be another one that PGMOL sit tight lipped on now everyone is focused on the wrong part until enough time has passed they can have Howard Webb roll out another 'apology' letter to little affair.

The issue is he joined Brighton knowing thats how they do things, this is his first full season(i do realise he was managing Brighton from October last season mind) and is already throwing a fit after a very unfortunate second half of the season due to injuries(which frankly also concern me as it kind of hints thats his training methods responsible plus our injury record is hardly great as is), his attitude also has seemingly spread to their actual team who just seem to now lack that bit of belief that seemed to push them on last season, not really something I'd want to see at Liverpool.
