I think injuries were the problem - without them we were fine. Not the same as the squad not being big enough. But I think that is all moot - as, last season with injuries was a test. This year we have more games and need more players. No guarantee we won't get injuries, no guarantees that we will - but surely a couple more first team players is a necessity? Personally - i'd have two centre-halves and leave the midfielder!

I like Gomez there! But i'd rather TAA got into midfielder as soon as possible as he is going to be a star. Either way compared to our central defence right back is fine, Klavan a natural born 4th/5th choice is currently a starter.
