As mentioned its been used in other sports, rugby, cricket, tennis etc. It's the way its been implemented that's the problem, no need for the over analysis if you are getting lines out its either linesman's call or benefit of the doubt to the attacker; no need to waste time drawing lines and moving frames. I think it was the Villa game the other day where they scored after 48 seconds and it was 6 minutes into the game before it was disallowed that's just ridiculous. Also they really need to mic up the refs and var assistants during the decisions so people can understand the thinking behind the decision.

Why didn't he just lift it over the keeper -

I think we do this a lot more, I was saying to my mate who is a Leeds fan it's hard to keep up the intensity they play with all season in the premier league. Our first full season with Klopp we played similar to that all game, and was top at Christmas but badly faded; I do think we manage games a lot more energy wise now. -
Was just about to comment on that, I've only seen the replay of the Kane one but Danny Murphy is going to be fuming...oh wait

I love Souness, I know he has made big mistakes but he genuinely regrets what happened and he loves the club and is in awe of what Jürgen is doing -
Does anyone know the outcome of us asking for the freeze frame of this...apart from the sheff utd penalty obvs?
-
Sutton at the end there is genuinely pissed off.

Just about to post this, it was Fabs trailing leg apparently that fouled him after he won the ball.... funnily enough they then stopped the replay before showing if his trailing foot was even on the line.... bullshit all round but when you have pricks like this saying it's the right decision they are always going to get away with it -
Apparently, my lads school is just isolating the kids we sit next to them in class and not the whole bubble, even though they all go on break and lunch together. It's as if they are making it up as they go along...
-
Kid in my lad's year has tested positive, but school have said none of the year have to isolate as when he took the test he was not at school and he wasn't in for 2 days before he got the results. I'm not really sure how that works as surely no one is going to be still going in to school once they have symptoms

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54597058 Apologies if this was posted, but in a time of greed in the game thought this was a nice touch, fair play to the Geordies

Salah needs to get stuck in here, there's a goal in this for him if he is up for it. He doesn't seem to be though, not sure why but seems to be pulling out of 50/50s and doesn't seem himself -

Hopefully that was our Watford moment. Adrian was terrible, distribution crosses he was worse than I remember. We were really poor Bobby was passing to Villa players all game, 3 deflected goals and keeper errors. I'm hoping it was a freak result as I've never seen Virge play as bad, but he wasn't alone ..I'm rambling now because that was unbelievable -
Sterling looks like Dwayne Dibley

I don't understand what pundits don't understand it was handball under the current rules, and try and cause controversy. I don't agree with the handball rule it's absolutely crazy but you can't blame the refs for that. For balance also....all refs are twats

I went to Paederborn for the weekend and it was brilliant only spoilt by the English squaddies that lived there. But I'd have to go for New Zealand, seems such a beautiful country kinda what Australia could have been and no spider bastards apparently

I never claimed your opinion wasn't supported did I? I just disagreed with you "saying" we need to sacrifice the old for the good of the young which you must admit you said. You're opinion above is fair enough but why not just say it like that without trying to spark a reaction. Maybe we just leave it here now, no point flooding the forum anymore...thanks for your clarification

Ok so to be clear what are the methods you support, I'm obviously confused and if I'm wrong I apologise
