You posted spend but omitted the actual sales because you wanted to make them look better than they are. They were contractually obliged to build the new stand as part of their purchase of the club and the club itself should not have paid for it.

Its become a multi faceted problem. I think Jurgen is partly to blame, but like you he's a victim of circumstance. I think currently we have Jurgen who is far more involved with transfers than he should be, probably being picky, and then not having a strong DOF and recruitment team driving things and giving him options and removing some of the weight, and to top that off we have stingy, tight owners who are looking after their bottom line and imposing very strict parameters around purchases. Its no wonder we have only sorted out three deals with two of them being buyouts.

You want to see some of the shower on RAWK. Condescending and smug doesn't even begin to describe some of them with this ownerships actions, they can do no wrong. The bar is so low on expectations its through the floor.

The best thing we can do next is get a sporting director and get Jurgen and pep far away from fucking transfers, because they are definitely an issue thats exacerbated by the owners stingy practices.

Not really no, completely different but the way this club is run boils my rage because its all completely unnecessary, its like they love to make things hard for themselves. Its the constant lack of logic that sends me doolally. Like if Jurgen asks the medical team how serious Konate is, surely they give him the best answer? I assume they don't say, its a minor knock and maybe hell be back in a week or maybe several weeks, I mean which is it? He's got form for saying players have minor knocks and then they disappear fro half a century. Why does he say that? And if these injuries are serious why isn't he doing something about fixing it, either by getting in less injury prone players or changing his system to prevent major wear and tear? These are issues that have continued to be present for years along with every other issue at the club. Does anyone at the club have any common sense or do they all just fart around all day? If it was any of us in a regular job wed all be fired.
