  1. What I said earlier was, keeping the existing staff is what Moyes should have done. However Moyes being so predictable and stupid has made his first big mistake. He's done exactly what most of us were hoping he would do. A true Liverpool fan would want David Moyes to not only fuck up, but to fuck up in style.
  2. Why not? It is realistic. I wasn't delusional enough to suggest we're going to win the title. I reckon Chelsea have it won. However the rest is vastly open. City and United have managers who have never won anything. Manchester Uniited have also lost their best player, Howard Webb followed Fergie out of Old Trafford. Wenger has forgotten what a trophy looks like and thinks he can polish a top 4 place. As for Villas Boas, he's heading for a fall. In his own mind, he's Jose Mourinho..in reality he's Sam Allardyce.
  3. Bring this guy in and keep Luis Suarez and we'll be challenging Manchester City for runners up. I don't think anyone will be able to catch Chelsea. Here's my top 6. 1. Chelsea 2 Manchester City 3 Liverpool 4 Arsenal 5 Spurs. 6 Manchester United ----------------------- 15 Everton.
  4. It does mean something, it increases their chances of winning sweet fuck all. How? Confusion. Istability comes from things that are too unfamiliar. It's human nature. If you change things around too quickly, people( the players get confused). This is the sole reason why David Moyes is going to fall flat on his face. He's going to go up with his victory over the mighty Wigan. However his downfall will be when he loses their first home game of the season to Chelsea, and then when United are destroyed at Anfield. Mark my words, we're not going to beat them, we're going to destroy them.
  5. 6 and half stone? I thought he weighed the same as De Gea and Posh Spice..3 stone.
  6. As things stand, Liverpool and Shakhtar are locked in negotiations.
  7. That's not the reason why Luis Suarez would stand out over Rooney. This in opinion is the reason. Luis Suarez is in the top 5 best players in world football. Wayne Rooney is the 4th best striker in Manchester.
  8. You're forgetting something, what Bob Paisley did was keep a winning formula. He kept his staff because they were ingrained into the club, just like the Man U staff were. Moyes staff have been with Moyes at Everton not Manchester United. They know as much about Manchester United as they do about hairdressing. It may be just my opinion and I'm entitled to it. There is more chance of Wayne Rooney going on a diet than there is of David Moyes winning the title ever.
  9. According to media speculation Luis Suarez was supposed to issue a formal transfer request once Uruguay were no longer in the confederations cup. Liverpool on the on contrary have been saying they have been in dialogue with Luis Suarez by phone. There has been no transfer request issued as of yet, if there were, we would have heard about it by now. I've a feeling that the media have blown something rather small out of proportion to sell newspapers. Here's my take on it. Luis Suarez said ''If Real Madrid or Barcelona make a bid for me, Liverpool out of respect for me will have to consider it''. There is thousands of ways to turn this around. The media changes this around to suit themselves. ''Real Madrid bid for Luis Suarez'', ''Luis Suarez wants to leave Liverpool''. None of the above are actually true. However the truth doesn't sell newspapers.
  10. The only point you've made is you watch fuck all football and you're clearly a moron.
  11. Let me explain it to you in pre-school terms. When Bob Paisley succeeded Bill Shankly in 1974, how much of the coaching staff did he change? He didn't change any to a large extent with the exception of appointing recently retired Roy Evans as reserve team manager. That's why he carried on where Shanks left off. The empire didn't crash, it just got bigger and bigger. How many of the coaching staff did Joe Fagan change in 1983? He didn't change any. He too sustained success. Kenny Dalglish didn't change any when he took over in 1985. He too sustained the success. Moyes is doing a ''Souness'' by making too many changes.
  12. Or rival Jonny Evans and Robin Van Persie. Or rival Ryan Giggs on how many welsh tarts he can shag. Or Wayne Rooney on how many whores he can be caught with.
  13. Doing a '''Souness'' is blowing in like a hurricane when a stiff breeze is needed. Moyes is doing just that by changing the entire coaching staff. Normally a manager when he wants to build an empire changes his staff from the staff employed by his predecessor. However when a manager wants to sustain it, nothing is changed. Moyes has made his first big mistake.
  14. Obviously it's you, you've not provided any evidence to the contrary to what I've said. You've just thrown abuse because you've been found out to being a thicko that knows fuck all. You pal, are a 24 carat gold retard.
  15. The Liverpool Echo, check this on sky text are now saying that Liverpool are not interested in Sahko.
  16. The £24 million I came up with is a sum of many parts, all of which are correct. £16 million in cash. £2 million in a loan fee last year. £2 million in add-ons. £80,000 a week times 52= £4,000,000 saved in wages. West Ham paid all of Andy Carrolls wages. In fact, they paid him £100,000 a week. So who is the fucking retard.
  17. You are clueless. Joe Allen is way too weak to do any of the above. Joe Allen is best at probing and pressing the opposition midfield by acting as the spare man. Joe Allen made forward passes? For fuck sake he made less forward passes than Michael Carrick. Carrick hasn't made one since 1998 when he was in West Hams youth team. It's Lucas and Jordan Henderson that do the above. Even Jonjo Shelvey can stick a foot in. Joe Allen's tackling is not his strong point.
  18. David Moyes has done exactly what I hoped he do. He's gone and done a ''Souness''. It's a recipe for disaster. It seems I've proved right, David Moyes is both predicatable and stupid. In order to sustain success you do the complete opposite to what you need to do to create it. When you build an empire, you change everything, when you want to sustain it, you change nothing. Moyes has managed to get it backwards. I cannot see Manchester United going the same way they did in 1969, but they will be on 20 titles for quite a while. It's our job and the Rodgers revolution to breeze past them and plonk ourselves back on our fucking perch.
  19. I agree with this. The club seems to not be making ''lazy signings''. The club has gone out of it's way to do some research and identify players with potential and signed them. In the summer of 2011, Liverpool did the opposite, they made ''lazy signings'' when they signed Downing and Adam. Very little research was done. Downing was vastly over-priced and Adam was flavour of the month. Liverpool did sign Jose Enrique, but that was a no-brainer. Jordan Henderson was a kid that has bags of potential and is beginning to show his worth. He's not the finished article, but he's no flop either. Very few people can comment on Aspas or Alberto as nobody knows a great deal about them, it's similar to Swansea fans when they signed Michu last season. If these two make a similar impact as Michu did last season, then we will do well. If you look hard enough you will find decent players. There is plenty of not so obvious gems out there. Even Aston Villa proved it when they signed Benteke. The £7 million they paid for him was a steal. £7 million for Benteke or £15 million for Zaha? Think before you respond.
  20. I agree. Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool not in a million years want to replace Pepe Reina. Their intention is to add serious competition to keep him on his toes. Eventually Simon Mignolet will be his successor. Let's not forget that in 3 years time, Simon Mignolet will only be 28, that's pretty young for a keeper.
  21. Pretty much so. Maybe just maybe Mkhitayran was Liverpools alternative to Eriksen. I'm not saying second choice as that's wrong. It could mean that if Dortmund get Eriksen, we're likely to get Mkitayran or vice versa.
  22. You're the one that hasn't a clue. Joe Allen played in a withdrawn midfield role alongside Steven Gerrard when Lucas was injured. It was not defensive. Xabi Alonso played a similar role alongside Javier Mascherano who was a defensive midfielder. Joe Allen is not nor ever was a defensive midfielder.
  23. The latest speculation surrounding Mikhtayran is that Borussia Dortmund won't pay the asking price. They are allegedly planning to focus their attention on Christian Eriksen. This leaves us free to negotiate a deal. He won't join Spurs as he wants to join a bigger club than the one he's at, not a smaller one.
  24. Only it isn't, as it's £16 million in cash now, £2 million last summer and £2 million in add-ons. My math isn't the best, but 16+2+2=20 not 15.
  25. Only a complete idiot would think Joe Allen is a defensive midfielder. Brendan had him at Swansea and he never played as a defensive midfielder. That was Leon Britton. Joe Allen will do well when Brendan adopts a flat midfield three in a 4-3-2-1 formation. Occasionally he may not start games, but he could be brought on as a sub to put pressure on the opposing midfield. Quite similar to what he did against Spurs at home. He made an enormous difference when he came on as a sub. He forced Spurs into mistakes.
