    Get over it. We didn't need him, and £12m for a player who will be on the bench most of the season is good. I know he play the Lucas kind of role for Portugal, but you've got to remember PL is another league. For Portugal he probably have to make like 1 tackle pr. game as a defensive midfielder, while in PL you've got to make way more challenges, even if you play for top 4 teams.

    I understand why Raul wanted to leave. He was not going to be a regular, and when Gerrard comes back, he will be further behind. We got 12m for a 28 year old player we got good cover for. And beside that, every player we sell to Chelsea turns out to be shit. Good deal for everybody.

    He will be a great joker to put in when we need to chase a goal. Very good squad player as MLB said, and more reliable than N'Gog. Love Bellamys attitude, and it would be great to see him back.

    Think about it.. I can't remember the last time we had a REALLY good transfer window. Damien Comolli comes in, and we have two superb windows. Really great job!

    Carragher as a penalty taker in my opinion. I would like to see him on the scoresheet a bit more.

    Great news. He is not as bad as everybody thinks he is, but obviously not good enough for our team. Good luck at Evian. I cannot disrespect a player who did nothing but work hard at our club, no matter how far away he was from playing.

    I don't get how people can think he will take Hendersons place in the side with the way we are playing at the moment. They are 2 totally different players, and i don't really want to see Gerrard out wide. I would like him to see take Carrolls place and play behind Suarez, but it is tough though.

    Great play from most of our players. Adam and Lucas looking really good together, and i can't remember the last game we have played with such width as today. We do need that 2nd goal, and need to be better in front of goal. Beside that i am very satisfied with 1st half.

    i would go with a strong team, because we don't have that many matches, and players shouldn't be tired at this point of the season for getting 60-90 minutes vs a lower ranked team as exeter. Lets face it, we will be on the ball a lot more than them, and therefore not run as much as them. I would start some of the players who maybe has not have the best start of the season so they can get momentum, mixed with reserves.
