  1. Well in Divy, could of done better there but fuck it a goal and some great hold up play. Moreno, Lovren, Sakho all been very good. Milner as industrious as ever, Henderson hasn't completed a pass yet is get Allen on for him.
  2. Embarrassing that people doubted him, just look at how be plays the game his dribbling and first touch are just mesmerising shame he's surrounded by such shite.
  3. I don't actually think he could play in a 2, despite his vast improvement in fitness I doubt he could manage consistent 90s in that role also he lacks a physical presence which Klopp seems to favour from his CMs. I was thinking more on the sides of a diamond or one of the 2 in a 3 man midfield.
  4. Would play lallana deeper, in a midfield 3 a la iniesta. I think it would bring the best out of him, his attributes suit playing further back, he always shows for a pass is willing to take the ball in tight spaces and obviously dexterity would get him out of some sticky situations. He also works his bollix off and is great presser, a much better footballer than Milner or Henderson.
  5. I don't like the cut of his jib. He's a very odd character and not one which the Anfield crowd would traditionally have much affection for. Still a clinical finisher but he hasn't sprinted in 18 months.
  6. Players who score 15 plus a season and score winners in World Cup finals at the age of 23 are pretty hard to come by.
  7. His last six seasons as follows, 33 goals, 33 goals, 38 goals (Napoli), 25 goals, 31 goals and 19 so far this season (PSG). Overrated my fucking Arse.
  8. Edison Cavani, will never happen but he'd be the perfect signing. He's not flash but he's guaranteed goals.
  9. That was fantastic from Lallana, he gets a lot of stick for it but that's serious composure, 9/10 players would just leather that.
  10. He notched 20 plus twice for atletico, before moving to us at the tender age of 23. To say he wasn't "prolific" isn't fair.
  11. Gotze has scored 4 in 12 for Bayern this season, and 15 each over the the 2 seasons prior. He's a dependable goal scorer and has wonderful technique, the idea of him Cou and Firmino linking up is very exciting.
  12. Why does Henderson never put his laces through a cut back?
  13. I won't even entertain the idea that Sturridge is even near Torres at his best. Sturridge has a better touch and dribbling ability but Torres was mesmerising at times. The complete striker, he was incredible in the air, never backed down not matter how many times an alehouse cunt tried to kick him. His pace was a joy to behold, he gluided across the grass and had every finish in his locker.
  14. Remember this time last year he put on Instagram post which was aimed towards Ibe who he was bantering for beating him 5-1 in sprints so maybe claims of lost pace are premature.
  15. Sad a true icon of football, I love a good cryuff turn.
  16. Let him go to whoever, he's shit.
  17. It's crazy how much football can deflate you. Something felt wrong for me when Allen's goal was chalked off. Coutinho once again silenced his critics and he's now made that step as a consistent goal threat to go along with his other brilliance. Sturridge's goal a timely reminder of his ability. But what's the story? Can he run anymore, a poster on here questioned whether he's not arsed or genuinely can't I'm at a loss myself. Martin Skrtel played like he was on ket, Benteke should have buried it buy "should" and "could" are very much the lasting words of his career here.
  18. This nonsense of "munich chants" and "aeroplane gestures" to try and justify their actions is pathetic. I'll admit that there's always going to be morons on our side who resort to these depths but what they fail to acknowledge is just how systemic it is amongst their fanbase. It's audible on tv every single time we play them and often when we're not even involved. Never do our away fans chant anything "munich" related en masse anywhere let alone at their place. Fucking muppets the lot of them.
  19. In fairness to Sturridge, he stood up to the plate and stuck the penalty in the back of the net, I was certain he'd miss. So fair fucks to him for that. He's always been a bit of a moody sod and the Allen substitution was an inspired one completely put us right back on top. His lack of sprints is a major concern, but even having his name on the team sheet does something for this team. He should very well have had an assist when he left Rojo for dead and which was definitely shot with his right foot somehow Coutinho couldn't bundle over the line.
  20. Cool as fuck, plays the game at his pace. Loved the 5 times salute.
  21. Well in lads. Firmino has ice in his veins, so composed out there. Shout out to Lallana and Moreno who were brilliant. Credit to Sturrudge I didn't fancy anyone to stick a pen past De Gea, but he stood up to the plate. Ginger cunt sounds as if he's going to cry hahaha.
  22. Ibra is the anthesis of what Klopp's trying to build here. Great entertainer no doubt.
