  1. David May won the European Cup, the league twice and the FA cup twice he was still a terrible actress.
  2. Claire Danes is one truly horrible actress. I can't believe people don't see straight through her and her ridiculous frown face she pulls for every emotion.
  3. The point everybody misses when talking about this is that all the clubs use lots of players now because all the other clubs do. Years ago it was common practice for all the clubs to be playing only half the players they do now so everybody was in the same boat. Now if you were to do the same thing today your players would be playing against a team where a lot of the players would have had less miles on the clock in that current season never mind over the course of their whole career meaning they will be fresher. It's why it's stupid when people say why can't they play twice a week all year round. They obviously could but then they would competing against players that hadn't been and would more than likely struggle because of it.
  4. I think you missed my point. I meant Henderson kept on getting played even though it was detriment to the team. Kenny obviously knew that in the long run this would benefit Henderson but could he have still got that benefit and maybe played him a little less last season. Is the benefit of his performances this season worth the pains of last season? The trade off is how much does a player need to be played to develop against how much can you afford to put them in the team if they are damaging it?
  5. Sorry that came across a lot more angry than I was/am. Yeah I tried to say that. Anyone can judge a player and think they will be great in the future etc but I just don't think any player peaks at 18.
  6. You can judge a player whenever you want but suggesting or agreeing that he's reached his full potential at 18 in his first season in the premier league is actually fucking hysterical. Just actually sit back and think about that for a second. Some may have turned into whatever but I fucking guarantee you if you asked any player in the world ever if they were better when they were 18 or later on with experience not a lot would say 18. Also you do realise that at youth academy level generally all the kids playing each other are the same age. They all have very similar experience levels as well. You can judge a player here, there or wherever. When you get an 18 year old going from playing in a field with about 10 people watching against other kids to suddenly playing in front of 45000 whinging fucking cunts against international class defenders in the best league in the world it's probably going to take a little bit of time to be playing at their best. Seriously some of the shit people chat about Sterling is beyond funny. Look at the benefit Henderson has gained from all those games last season. Not very many players have the head and temperament Sterling has shown so far at FUCKING 18. If you cannot see the potential that is waiting to be unlocked there you are one fucking blind cunt.
  7. So much stupid shite in this post it's difficult to know where to begin. I will start with the Sneijder comment. A world renowned player comes on the market for a cheaper than normal available price. We get linked and potentially made an offer. As far as we know this either didn't happen at all or it did and he didn't accept and went somewhere else. WHAT THE FUCK do you then want the club to do? Spend 30-40 million of money we haven't got to pay for an overpriced player when clubs are not really selling anyone? Who that moved or potentially would have moved would you have gone after, after Sneijder fell through? I then particularly like the bit where you compare us to United and their squad to ours. This is United who can attract and afford to sign Van Persie who had a year left on his contract for £24m. Unless you've completely missed it or are just plain thick, we aren't in the champions league any more. We are in that strange position where we are a big club trying to get back into the big time. This unfortunately means any time we want to sign a player their value is more than if a Stoke will want to sign them. We haven't got the luxury of players forcing moves to play in the champions league either. We all know we've got a thin squad but fuck me mate do you honestly think this will be completely fixed in a winter transfer window? How many complete fuck ups have happened in the window in the past by us alone never mind other clubs? Next the two positions that you seem to think needed to be filled first above all. How many fucking centre halves do you want? We've got Agger and Skrtel. Two lads at their peak age. One international youngster who has had some good and some bad games and the aging head in Carragher who proved over the past two games he's far from past it and can still muck in when necessary. Never mind the various other lads we've got playing at full back who in the coming years could move to centre half. How many fucking midfielders do you want? So far this season we've had to play Sterling and Suso quite a lot more than anyone would have done. Simply down to the fact we have a massive gaping hole in the attacking department. We've fucked off a load of shite that were never going to get a game and replaced them with a good young centre forward ready to start every game and a young unknown in Coutinho. If you were in charge I'm guessing you would have spent that 20m on a centre half and midfielder who when picking a first 11 wouldn't get in. We have got Lucas to play this role you are on about. We have got Allen then we have got Gerrard to cover one position that's not even that fucking important anyway and you want back up. The squad was never going to be fixed overnight and certainly not in 2 transfer windows. We are slowly but surely adding quality to it. We have blown some stupid money recently so I prefer this method. Instead you want to basically write Allen and Borini off after 5 minutes and go and sign some other unknowns for 20m to 30m+ that have no guarantee of working. Apart from all this I actually have no clue what point you were trying to make anyway.
  8. Sorry mate but this is absolute shite. I'm going to pass inside rather than take my man on/hit my shot wide/get the ball taken off me because I've got a court date coming up is fucking laughable. He's hit and miss because he's 18. He's playing on the wing for Liverpool which is probably the hardest position in world football to play. It doesn't matter if there's 3 players in front of you and you choose to pass inside you're a fucking shithouse. It doesn't matter if you beat your man and put a ball into a danger area where nobody is you're fucking crap. It doesn't matter if you set up 10 goals in a game then make one bad cross you're final ball is awful. We've been that long without a good out and out winger that so many dickheads in the stands seem to not realise what one is. How many times did Ronaldo/Nani give the ball away for United? It's something that has done my head in for years. It doesn't matter who you are if you run at someone with the ball you are going to give the ball away sometimes. Anfield just cannot handle this happening. The amount of groans and whinging you hear when a winger over the past decade has tried to take on his winger and been unlucky. It fucking pisses me off and has led to us smashing the confidence out any winger that has played for us. I genuinely think if Ronaldo had signed for us when he went to United he wouldn't be half the player he is now.
  9. Would have loved that chip to have gone in. It seems like a really long time ago he was shitting himself in them situations. I think he is pretty much part of the best choice 11 at the moment. Even 2-0 up last night I just knew we would throw it away. I don't know what it is at the moment. It's like a mental block against the good sides. We just cannot for the life of us hold out. It's not like we were blase either. We went 2-0 up and didn't carry on going gung ho. We tried to protect the lead and just couldn't do it. The pressure of having a lead against the good sides just seems too much.
  10. Yeah mate I remember it myself. He says it as it is. All managers are different. Generally I loved Kenny winding the media up and just generally acting the twat with them. They deserve nothing less. I never felt Kenny was bullshitting any of us at any time by being like that either. We all knew why he was doing it and I think a majority embraced it. Rodgers doesn't do that at all. He prefers to talk to them because at the end of the day it's a direct way of talking to the fans. Whether you like him or not I don't think you can accuse him of lying. He's very honest and frank about everything. There are obviously advantages to both methods. You can disagree with what he's saying and I don't think people would take issue with that other than agreeing with him. What's happening here though is completely different. You 've got people whinging for whinging sake. They can't pick fault with the contents of what he has said so instead they pick the fact that he's actually talking at all. The fact of the matter is had Kenny said exactly word for word what Rodgers has said the same wankers in here who are criticising would be up Kenny's arse for it. If Rodgers had said nothing then they would find some fault with that as well. It's as Dave said above. Fergie talks absolute shit week in week out and their fans don't give a shit. People are picking absolutely anything he says at the moment to shreds because they want him gone. End of story.
  11. Don't expect a reply to this because you've had him off. In fact it's possible you may receive some cryptic neg where he makes out he wasn't meaning what you pulled him on. The agenda driven wankers continue.
  12. To be honest if it was objective then it wouldn't be annoying at all. You can just see the same characters appearing just ranting about anything he does and putting a negative spin on it. If it was Dalglish, Benitez, Hodgson or any other manager that would have took over us then depending on their view of the manager their view on the exact situation would be different. It's fucking stupid. I'll admit I'm probably being slightly hypocritical as I was starting to hate a lot of things Benitez was doing near the end of his reign but on specific things like this I don't see how you can't just be objective. Especially considering he's not been in the job long at all. He's doing things a lot differently which I can't see as a bad thing. We've been struggling for a long time and the old ways need a shake up.
  13. It's funny how a lot of the usual suspects who don't like Rodgers are the same ones who are now criticising him again for this. It's almost as if there is some sort of correlation between the two. He's had the fucking balls to play a lot of them and give them opportunities no other manager has done for a long, long time. If he feels it's necessary to pull a few of them publicly then that's his choice. At the end of the day it's a results based business. If he thinks this is going to improve the inconsistent results this season then he should do what he thinks is necessary. Some fucking daily cringeworthy bitching about Rodgers on here.
  14. Spot on. The only thing I disagree with is Skrtel. I thought he was actually okay. Despite the various cunts they had throwing arms and elbows into everyone every time the ball went in the air he never went hiding and took a lot more than anyone else in the team because of it. We were obviously lacklustre all over the park and we should be able to beat a side like this regardless. The referee however did play a massive part. I very rarely ever try to lump all the blame on referees especially when some decisions are so difficult to make and a lot of managers do use it as an excuse when refs have had perfectly good games. Right from the off he seemed to think it was acceptable to let a lot go though. It set the tone because they pushed it further with the amount of shit that the defence took. I don't think there's some big conspiracy but referees at absolutely every level nearly always try to even things up and I dont think people realise how much that can effect games. Just small things like players not going in fully committed (not pulling completely out either) because they know their season could be over if one of these yard dogs gets a bit over exhuberant. Suddenly then every player is getting had off in aerial challenges etc. What the ref did in the first 10-20 minutes did have a pretty big effect on the whole game. I actually feel a bit sorry for Rodgers. He's got nobody to blame but himself for selecting Borini in a game like this with a centre mid partnership of Henderson and Allen as it was an accident waiting to happen. Really though with Suarez and Sturridge on the pitch we should be tearing the back out of cunts like these. Robinson shouldn't be given a go for a while now. He had a shit game. I thought he was easily our worst player even with Coates on the pitch but it could be understandable as he is young. What isn't understanable is telling Suarez to fuck off after making a fucking howler of a decision to shoot and then also make a mess of it execution. The Rodgers comments were definitely aimed at him mostly in my opinion.
  15. You're going to need a few more bottles of that after your man lambert made another embarrassment of himself tonight.
  16. Good one. Ignore everything that rips anything you say to shreds. You have this ridiculous black and white approach to things which doesn't surprise me as everything you ever say is based on numbers. Only numbers that back up your argument though. The most important thing to any Liverpool fan and I think can literally speak for every single Liverpool fan out there including you is to win the league for the first time in over 2 decades. The thing that is going to help us achieve that is attracting the type of players that can win you the league. Those type of players will more often than not want champions league football. Therefore finishing in the champions league spots in the league which usually consists of finishing at least 4th is fucking massive and more important to your following season than winning a domestic trophy. Can you not see that? Actually stop before you start typing and just see if you can see that point of view. If you can't then I don't think there is much hope for you. Sometimes I think are you just a massive troll but it's quite obvious you take yourself far too seriously for that. You are actually one of the most dense cunts I have come across in my life. You metaphorically have the thickest skull I have ever witnessed. Any point made to you which you have not thought of yourself already has absolutely no chance of penetrating that massive thick cunt brain of yours.
  17. You are calling someone special, yet cannot see the massive importance of finishing 4th compared to finishing 10th, which has funnily enough been pointed out to you and you have chose to ignore. I will tell you another difference. Istanbul.
