  1. Probably not, but as I said, this site is apart, and I'd like it to stay that way. Nob heads in all walks of life, why expect this site to be any different? It's just better to ignore him if he winds you up that much, if nobody replied to any of his posts and ignored him altogether, he'd be gone soon enough. We also have to protect free speech, however repetitive and inane.
  2. It doesn't need setting apart, it is apart. Start calling someone a cunt on TIA and see how quickly you last, however valid your argument.
  3. Can I just say that we shouldn't really be calling for the banning of people on these boards, people are given a fair crack on here (sometimes too much), and it's what sets it apart in my view. These things have a way of working themselves out, too. Sometimes with consequences that border on genius. If you want every twat on the forum banned then we're all at risk at some stage, let the mods, mod, or join TIA/RAWK.
  4. Ok, you've got me on semantics there and I'll admit defeat and admit that SOS haven't changed their stance, they've just changed their approach. Maybe a new banner is needed? Tom & George Debt Lies Cowboys Not welcome here (unless we have an important game)
  5. It's all about opinions and writing it on the website is hardly going to make them quake in their boots. Lording it up at our expense whilst the odd whopper gets Hicks to sign a program is not what's needed. Future of the club versus immediacy and immediacy wins every time.
  6. In theory, yes, but every time they attend a game is a perfect opportunity. The question needs to be asked whether we want the owners gone and the world to know we hate them, or do we want the owners gone and the world to know we hate them when we don't have big games? This is the fickleness and apathy that has made building up a head of steam with the protests, so difficult. I'm really baffled, there is no reason not to stay back at full time. or chant for 15 half time minutes.
  7. Really disappointed with SOS here. The minute they say they're selling, it's like all the pressure is off them, when in reality it shouldn't be this way. The fact that the stance has changed is really poor.
  8. Come on then, mate. Nick it and post it here. Thems tha rules
  9. It's Rafa that hasn't really given him a chance, not the fans. With the lack of funds we have, to spend £20m on a reserve is verging on criminal.
  10. Wrong link. Sorry Mo+C&A.JPG2 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
  11. Mo+C&A on Flickr - Photo Sharing! I reckon this might do it!!
  12. Fucking hilarious. Just read this on TIA. They've decided that someone is buying the club next week, then 20 mins later showme pops up to say he's meeting someone from Merril later as there's been a breakthrough. Although, why breakthroughs can only be discussed in face to face meetings, and ignored as the meeting is being arranged I have no idea.
  13. That SMTM knows the square root of fuck all. They're all silent until stuff is in the press then suddenly they are experts. I know they get their arses cleaned out by the unsuspecting masses, but apply a liberal dose of salt.
  14. What a stunning photo. Repped
  15. That's how I see it. If RBS continually offer extensions to allow a sale, in order to fend off potential competition (Barclays) remaining interested from the outside, with inside involvement, then we may well be in a state of perpetual inertia!! The only way out of this, is if a couple of parties are at a fairly advanced stage of the purchase and this is a one off in order to complete it on a level playing field, which ultimately protects the money they are owed.
  16. CoE are perhaps the biggest hypocrites of the lot. I mean, at least fundamentalists (of all religions) have the courage follow their doctrine to the letter, CoE seem almost embarrassed by the teachings the profess to follow. But anyways.............. I certainly wouldn't be asking for a passport if she was on the menu. That's the job of the employer, not the client. I'd spend a fair old whack knocking the back out of that.
  17. I bought some nosebag off Lee Hughes when he was young and on his way up. He was too fucked off his tits for me to have an opinion of him as a bloke. Sorry. I also used to live a couple of doors down from Jermaine Pennant when he played for Blues and lived in the mailbox. Always used to see him on the lash, and as we used to exchange pleasantries all the time, he would always get a round in when I saw him out on the lash. Complete thick cunt, but was always pleasant.
  18. A coach rather than a player but it always raised a smile every time I saw him on FM. Ladies and Gentlemen Dick Bate
  19. I could play devils advocate here, and maybe suggest that adultery is one of the most heinous sins in Islam, and as a recent convert to his religion of submission, he should take it a little more seriously. Maybe the Heil is trying to highlight the fact that religious people are generally all hypocrites at some level.
  20. The Muslim angle is completely irrelevant. Besides, the prophet Mohammed would be horrified at having sex with an under aged 17yr old, fancy waiting that long after her 9th birthday.
