The fact that it is the Premier League that is meeting and not being forced to by government suggests that it won’t be “ as you were” One of my worries is that the PL don’t give a shit whether any fan is safe or how many get infected, when have they ever given a fuck about us? The virus has now started affecting players and clubs which is the PL’s assets. This is why they are worried now. Anyone who believes that interests of match going fans will be high on the agenda in this meeting ( although any subsequent press conference will say it is ) is deluding themselves that the PL.care.
