I really can't see a 23 team league next season. This will create an extra 6 games, and also mean that 6 teams will be relegated! Teams like Southampton, Burnley, Crystal Palace and Everton that are safe this year should be very worried at the prospect of the bottom 6 going down next year.

All football players have currently had around 4 weeks locked up at home with their families, If they had to go away for 1 to 2 months I am sure most would be ok with it. The ones with young family's would probably enjoy the break!

I understand what you mean. The 2019 Champions League win was one of the best days/nights of my life, and by winning the league I expected their to be similar celebration when we actually lifted the trophy.

You are never guaranteed that by the nature of a league though. Very often teams end up winning the league due to other results going in their favour.

The Labour Membership was about 75% to 80% remain though. Leaving the EU was completely at odds with this and the youth momentum vote. Also what Brexit policy could Labour have offered in 2019? Support the Johnson deal? Leave with no deal? The whole reason an election was called is because they opposed both of them. All they could have realistically put forward was that they would negotiate a better deal. I don't think this would have helped them get anywhere near enough votes to win or do significantly better.

It's seems crazy that that was only 12 months ago. Feels like a lifetime ago now! I can see many Tory's desperately trying to get what they consider as a moderate in charge, but Johnson has the support of the Brexit voting working class. I can't see them getting rid of him unless he croaks it.
