    Maybe but im sure the likes of Man City or Real Madrid would match whatever we could offer. If Rafa doesnt accept the new contract now that would worry me.

    Im sure that Rafa will ensure that funds are available before he signs his new contract otherwise there would be no point in insisting he has control over them.

    9 SEATER PEOPLE CARRIER With thanks to Rafa Benitez from Liverpool Football Club we have bought ourselves a brand new 9 seater people carrier!! The vehicle is absolutely ideal to take out smaller groups of pupils on related visits and sporting activities. We would very much like to thank Rafa for his extremely kind donation it is very much appreciated.

    Depends whos doing the buying? Maybe Rafa got his new contract today!

    Have a word withyourself. Rafa put the team together you say is good enough to win the league, at no point could you say that Houllier had a team that could win the league. How has Rafa gone AWOL? He's maybe made mistakes but we are still 8 points better off than last season. He's lost one league game this season? You think Hiddink or Mourinhio i:)would come here and ii:) would do a better job?

    It saddens me that we are ready to get rid of a manager that has lost 1 game this season! I agree that we are teetering on the edge both on and off the pitch and the best way to bring some normality and quell at least some of the hysteria of media, fans and players would be to give Rafa the contract that he wants now and back him and the team 100%,
