Should United be FORCED under Premiership rules to complete the move for the agreed fee, as this was the only reason they were allowed to LOAN him for two years in the first place. If they had just asked to loan Tevez for two years they wouldn't have been allowed to under Premiership rules! due to ownerships, rights etc, so in short Man Utd have pulled a fast one and hoodwinked the Premiership & FA. If they are allowed to wriggle out of this it will support the theory that supporters around the country have known for some time. So Premier League should show some courage and stand up for what is right and proper. I seriously struggle to see the difference if united are allowed walk away from the Tevez deal, from west Ham who only used Tevez to Avoid relegation. Look at What Tevez as Contributed to United over the last two years! Most are only asking for a level playing field.
