  1. Haha that's brilliant! Whoever loses can just say "the fans didn't get behind us today" when's the final?
  2. If he doesn't want to come, then fuck him! It's an honour to play for Liverpool so anyone who needs that much convincing can just keep walking in my opinion
  3. "hello David Villa, welcome to Liverpool , here's the reserves and here's your seat on the bench next to aqualani... " hhhmm I'm just waiting for the day he announces a number change for Lucas or Kuyt... Liverpools new number 7 is.... ?

  8. Torres quashes exit claims Prolific Spaniard plans Anfield stay but wants 'quality' signings By Jamie Casey** Last updated: 27th March 2010** Torres: Prolific despite injury-hit term Related links Teams Liverpool Players Fernando Torres Also see Liverpool fixtures Liverpool stats Reds video Liverpool striker Fernando Torres has rebuffed reports he will leave the club at the end of their dismal campaign. The news will come as a relief to the Anfield faithful, who have seen Torres net 18 goals in just 24 starts this term - a shining light in an otherwise wretched season for the Reds. Rafa Benitez's men face an uphill struggle if they are to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League and at present look short of mounting a Premier League charge next term. Torres admits Liverpool must bring in "quality players" over the summer but insists failure to qualify for Europe's premier club competition will not force him to consider a move. "My place is here at Liverpool, and in England," the 26-year-old told his personal website. "We need some new signings," he admitted, while adding his ambitions for next season include "challenging for the Premier League title, and the Champions League or Europa League." The former Atletico Madrid forward has three years remaining on his current Anfield contract and is expected to put his credentials on show at this summer's World Cup with Spain.
  9. Yep, that's where I stand on it... To answer your question honestly mate about match goers it's really mixed, the only thing we agree on is this season has not been good enough and yanks out. As far as Rafa goes it's still up in the air but there was no way everone was going to agree with each other. Everyone wants what's best for the club so can't really ask for more than that!
  10. Just about the jones shit! The Liverpool board and sunderland boards where In contact that's a fact , now Sunderland board where not telling Bruce until it was at a far gone stage, mostly because there is no point telling him about a phone call saying " hey we like your player" but noes it's over and. Bruce just won't let it go, further more he is blaiming Rafa!!! For what? It's not his fault the Sunderland board lie to you and don't keep you upto date! Guys an idiot! We didn't buy him it was nearly four months ago, get over it!
  11. STEVE BRUCE TAUNTS RAFA BENITEZ, LIVERPOOL ABOVE: Steve Bruce 27th March 2010 By Ian Murtagh Your Shout ( 0 ) SUNDERLAND boss Steve Bruce last night taunted Rafa Benitez, stating: We didn’t need a beachball to beat you. Bruce takes his side to Liverpool tomorrow with the Black Cats having rediscovered the form which saw them topple Liverpool and come within seconds of winning at Old Trafford in the space of seven days last autumn. The victory over Liverpool, however, will always be remembered for Darren Bent scoring the most bizarre goal in Premier League history, with his shot striking an inflatable Liverpool beachball thrown on to the pitch by an away fan and totally wrong-footing keeper Pepe Reina. That ball is now in the National Football Museum at Preston’s Deepdale, though Bruce admits he has mixed feelings about the crazy incident. “It took the gloss off a really good performance by us,’’ he said. “I know Liverpool were without both Torres and Gerrard that day, but the best side won hands down. “It wasn’t a fluke that we beat them. The fluke was the goal – and that got all the headlines. “That beachball will be talked about for years to come. I’m sure there will be a few at Anfield this weekend. We’re taking a few ourselves, of course!’’ Bruce reckons Sunderland used up their good fortune for the entire season with that Bent goal, *claiming it’s them and not Liverpool who have suffered since. He added: “Since then we’ve had no luck whatsoever. We lost player after player and decision after decision. “It started with Lee Cattermole’s injury in the second half and there’s been a catalogue ever since, with sendings-off, late goals and injuries, although thankfully we seem to be over it now.’’ As a former Manchester United captain, Bruce is expecting a hot reception. He said: “Whenever I go to Liverpool, I get abuse from pillar to post. I don’t know what they’ll call me this time, but I’ve always done well there. “It’s not the biggest or best stadium, but it is one of THE great places to play and a fantastic place to show off what you’ve got.’’ One player who will be particularly keen to impress is striker Kenwyne Jones – fit again after missing the 1-1 midweek draw at Aston Villa – having been the *subject of alleged Liverpool interest during January’s transfer window. Bruce is still upset at the way Kop chief Benitez allowed the speculation to grow and revealed the two managers have not spoken since their sides last met. He said: “Rafa Benitez must have been given the information from somewhere and I’d have thought he would have had the decency to do the honourable thing and ring me if there was any interest. “But I didn’t speak to him in January. I thought I might have done, but, no, I haven’t. “It unsettled Kenwyne and I had to sit down with him twice and tell him I would not let him go. This guy really needs to shut up, he's just like big Sam, they both chat shit! I really hope we destroy his side on sunday. Then he can stick that beech ball up his arse.
  12. Yep! Exactly I mean I don't mean to sound funny but, 2nd is 1st...
  13. Agreed, I like your attitude. Someone who doesn't think we are all going to die, and the club is falling into a black hole!
  14. Seems as he likes facts so much, here's one... The second you lose the players, it's time to lose your job... FACT
  15. I thought that! He would of had straight red here... And being a Liverpool player prob would have got a fergies FA lifetime ban
  16. So what's going on Sunday? Is the sit in defo going through?
