  1. So if Srtel and Agger are fit .. cud spell the end of Carra at centre back. And about time too .. overrated to the max.
  2. I WANT WAT UR SMOKING ... u probably thort that was funny when ya wrote it innit?
  3. Wouldn't mind ... Klinsman, but can't see him moving to Liverpool, he far too continetal to move here. Even while he was coaching Germany, he rarely went to see the players rather stayed in America. The other choice would have to be Rikaard, plays good attacking football too.
  4. I REALLY HATE RICK PARRY. REALLY HATE HIM. The worm. He shud kop some abuse at the next match.
  5. EVENTUALLY IF u throw enough poo at something it starts to smell. Theres too much poo thats been thrown by the media at the story to dismiss this.
  6. There are many Liverpool fans outside Liverpool, who aren't aware of the Sun problem. I've only been aware of it sinse i joined the net.
  7. http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/0601_rafa.shtml Rafa: I'm a dead man walking Liverpool boss expects chop By Jeremy Butler RAFA BENITEZ has sensationally admitted he EXPECTS to be sacked by Liverpool. And the Kop boss could get the elbow as soon as next month if Liverpool crash out of the Champions League. The Spaniard is a dead man walking on Merseyside after American owners George Gillett and Tom Hicks REFUSED to discuss a new contract for Benitez despite his pleas. And now the Kop boss is on yet another collision course with his bosses after again criticising Liverpool's lack of spending power. A close friend of Benitez said: "There was no talk of a new contract when Rafa met with the owners last month. "He also knows there will be very little money for him this month to buy the centre-half that he believes he needs. "There is also the problem of Javier Mascherano (pictured). He will not sign because he does not know whether the manager is going to be there this season, let alone next. "Manchester United and Arsenal are bringing in over £2million per home game, while Chelsea can turn to Roman Abramovich. Liverpool don't have the cash to live with them. "Rafa wants to stay but now he believes he will be sacked because the owners have not shown they will back him." Benitez's current deal has another two years to run but the Spaniard already appears to be making plans to leave. He has been linked with the Bayern Munich job and sources in Spain claim Benitez's representatives have been sounded out by Real Madrid. Defeat to Inter Milan next month would virtually seal Benitez's fate with the owners, especially after the Liverpool manager's latest dig. Massive Rafa moaned: "We must do almost everything perfectly to compete with the likes of United. Over a season it is a massive difference in what we bring in compared to United. "They can buy two top-class players with this money every year. How can you compete? With the Premier League, it is clear we are a little bit behind the others. If they continue spending it will be more difficult." For Hicks and Gillett, Benitez's bleating are growing harder to take and with the manager now admitting he expects the axe, they will find it even more simple to sack the Spaniard.
  8. MOMO .... BIG MOMO. Granted the man has been out of form this season, but he's still a beast of a player breakin the play down all over. Do we really need a holding player against the likes of Wigan at home, by playing Mascherano? Momo said himself he plays best with Alonso, he wins the ball and passes to him. His best games have been when he's had someone rite next to him to give quick passes too. He played brilliant a few seasons back, when we reached our record level of points, with him and Alonso in the middle. This season, when he's had a passing player close to him, the likes of Alonso, Lucas (as per Newcastle) he can be very effective. Gerrard plays too far from him, and passing isn't one of Momos great pastimes. While granted Mascherano is a brilliant player too, do we really need a holding player when we play the likes of Wigan, infact a holding player with limited offensive ability of Mascherano is only needed against the big three. We especially need offensive players in our middle, as our forward line (bar torres) is still weak. And Mascherano is just as limited as Sissoko offensivley. But Momo gets up and down. GIVE MOMO A CHANCE, LET HIM GET SOME FORM BACK. (When he gets back from the African Nations)
  9. The goals against column is because of the much better defensive organisation, combined with a defensive midfield. IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL last season .... sure there was deflection on the first goal, but it wasn't massive. And i just knew he'd never save the ONE on ONE with Inzaghi, he never saves one on ones, same again at Reading this season. Even though Dudek was awfull towards the end, he'd make some crackin saves, and he was always decent with the one on ones.
  10. I've watched the last two seaons, seen most games live on tele or on the net .... got all the dvd's ... can't recall a save though. Not even a basic save.
  11. If it was all about money, and fuck all to do with the club they might as well have sold it to ex Thai primister Shinavatra at Man City, lol Thort the sale was whats best for the club, and not the money. Quotes by Moores and Parry on that one. Moores must be thinking what was the point in selling, if they aren't going to build a stadium anyways.
  12. LOOOOL @ JASON MCATEEER !!!!!!!! Would be a bizarre choice, as the Irish hate the scotts more than the british.
  13. JUST TELL ME THE LAST SAVE HE MADE ! And this thread will be finished.
