I don't think Carra is underrated to be honest, I think the only reason he seems to miss out at International level is because he is a victim of his own adaptability. Just because he CAN play right back doesnt mean he SHOULD play there. Gerrard is the same for England, just because he CAN play right mid and Lampard Cant, stevie gets shoved out there. I think Rio Ferdinand is MASSIVELY overrated. Pains me to say it but I think Carvalho is underrated, he doesnt get the attention because of the "Amazing" John Terry. Scott Parker is underrated, his work rate and determination is unbelievable, I used to live up there (at uni) and the Toon Army were gutted when he left.

I dont think Slick Rick will be around for much longer do you? The yanks will have their own man in the job before too long........

I can't see us shelling out £25m+ on another striker to be honest, especially when we already have Kuyt, Crouch, Bellamy, Voronin and hopefully Torres.

I think we will end up getting Heinz and will then play Riise/Aurelio at left mid. Can't see us paying another £10m+ for Mancini even though it would be amazing if we did get him

I reckon were ok playing an older/slower player at right back as long as Rafa plays a right mid who will help out and get back when we lose possesion just like Stevie G did against Barca away last season....Arbeloa played a blinder in that game aswell, old buck teeth hardly got a touch in open play.

I think rotation is a neccessary evil these days. Certain players HAVE to play week in week out (eg. Carra & Gerrard for us, ronaldo for the mancs and drogba for chelski). If you have a good enough squad I think rotating the first team fringe players is a good thing as long as you can bring someone of similar quality in. Saying that, a tired Mascherano is still better than a fully fit Zenden isnt he?...........

I think we will if we sort the consistency out. Its no good beating chelsea and arsenal when you throw away points to everton and fulham etc......

I would be very surprised if Le Tallec ever plays for us again. I think he would be a quality signing at left back where we don't have any out and out defenders really, Riise and Aurelio both like getting forward more than defending so If Rafa thinks he can recover fully from his injuries from last season I'd be happy to see him at Anfield......Just Imagine fergies face if we buy Heinze and he goes on to have a fucking storming season for us......

I like Luis but I think he can be replaced....he was always a bit hit and miss really wasn't he? world beater one game and appaling the next
