Also the fans, they are more up for Real Madrid then Wigan, if the atmosphere was like that for a league game there might be a difference in the performance in the team. (I know they've got to give us something to shout about though)

I just want to say to the kop, well done for clapping Lucas when he took the corner. He's not everyones favourite player, however he is a liverpool player and that was spot on what the kop did for him tonight. Hopefully that will give him the lift he needs to actually show us what we paid £6m for.

Just an idea to pick the teams, we could have a students team and a adults (the older players) team, or would poeple want to mix it up. This only works if there is enough poeple for each team

Thats the same as the fans, the kop never stands on league days apart from when we are playing the scum and bitters. I like to see what the players would do if the fans gave an atmosphere like on a CL night

I'm not just talking about today's game. We've lost one, won 2 and draw in last 10 (i think) I do agree with Dog. I just don't understand why the last four seasons we've done brilliantly after january but this season we're not

It was highlighted at the begining of the season that Rafa rotated less, every one said that was a good thing becasue we won 'x' amount games and we were sitting top. However I think this might have back fired on us now, Rafa hasn't changed the way he plays the team, we are no more caution then at the begining of his reign but the lads seem to be struggling. The last couple of season we've had an excellent run in at the end, I just think the rotation or lack of may be effecting us now. I'm glad we've got a whole week off after the Sunderland game before the Madrid game just to recover. It doesnt help not having Torres which will have a massive effect. Does anyone agree with me? And secondly would you rather been technically out of the race at the end of february and dont look like winning a game or be out by November but win 15 out of the last 18 games and finish in exactly the same place (12 points behind the scum)?

I think we have a very good chance of winning the CL, I lost complete faith in rafa winning us no. 19 when we played wigan and my opinion hasnt changed since. I think he will be happy Parry has left but only if he gets what he wants, if he signs his contract in the next couple of weeks, I'd say he's happy
