    ok fair enough, im misinformed, i wont lie and say i can comment on the original incident, i wont lie and say i can comment on the time between then and now, its news to me tbh, reading about this for the first time today. but it seems the time between then and now, the guy ended up with the ear of the owners some how. this is the time that someone should have said something, someone should have had doubts and voiced them. from what im reading im getting that yes he was challenged but only when he made the comments.
