Not really, but there are a couple of cities around Austin that are still like that: Elgin, Bastrop, Rockdale. Austin is a great town though, it's just too big to be like that anymore. There are 1.5million people in the Austin area. It's in the towns of like 15-20K that you get that sort of lifestyle.

I'm going to say no, I know of too many animals that go fucking crazy when you look them in the eyes, and I wouldn't chance it if I were you. Funny story, I went camping when I was 12 in Southern California. We came back from the lake, and found our camp in shambles. Low and behold, there is a Mama Black bear and her two cubs going through a couple of ice chests. I think we sat and watched them for an hour before they finally left, because noone was sure what to do.

I'm not a huge fan of cat's, but my cat is fantastic. He has a habit of sauntering into the house and picking any person at random (provided they are seated), and hoping into their lap to just relax. I don't know when he taught himself to poo in bathtubs when he's laocked in the house, but it's pretty convienient. He kills rodents and bugs, like cockroaches, as well as the occasional bird, but that'll be nice when avien flu starts spreading, since birds come nowhere near my house anymore. When my parents move a few years ago, he disappeared from the new house. I came home from Uni for the summer and my mom told me he'd been missing for a month. We'll about a month after I'd been home we got a phone call from our old next door neighboors, our cat had somehow made it back to our old house, which was close to 10 miles away, and was perfectly fine, asides from being a little thin, and quite skittish. I tell ya, some cats are brilliant. My cat can open doors, let's us know when he wants out to go to the bathroom, and always seems to know when I'm coming home. He's a friggin great cat.

next time someone complains about Rashid I'm pointing out this thread. We've had this discusion, and I use that word loosely because it's difficult to carry on a conversation of any real merit with a child, countless times, and I can't be arsed to show you why you're such an idiot.

There are a couple threads telling the Mancs to get the fuck off, there's a poll about wheather or not the mancs should be allowed to stay seeing as they're not tossing around Manc propaganda, slagging our players, and are generally contributing to excellent debate. Nothing's happened with momo, just like last time he talks well about our players, then turns into an ass clown when someone criticizes someone on the team. He's still better than that brendan douche, but not by much. I rather get rid of them than the mancs.

They take an artist's music and put a full string section to it like Emmalou Harris, and the artist whose music they're doing generally will come and perform a show with them. Spoon and the ladies favorite Bob Schnieder. Those are just the bands that have gotten pretty big in the area over the last 2-5 years.
