    I think they have to. Although if they don't they need to issue a statement saying they are backing the manager, then let the players know that the manager is staying so get used to it. A bit like parry with houllier. I hope the latter doesn't happen though

    You would like to think in any line of work that it wouldn't take six months to learn or to ingrate into your work place. He is claiming that it has taken him six months to take a team full of internationals to learn how to man to man mark and to sit back and defend, then has the audacity to claim its not his team so we can't blame him??     I think he mean's that the club are getting in first so when/if they do go, the club can say it's not their fault and they tried everything they could to keep them.

    I just want the players, we all know who they are to either commit or say they don't want to be here anymore. If they go we can resign ourselves to being in the 4th - 8th bracket this season.
