I am certainly in full support of the dealings for the young guns. Too often people think of the here and now and not the development of a solid regime. Any team can be a flash in the pan(everton last term).

Have not paid much attention to the thread but i like the fact that we are buying cheap and plenty. The idea of bringing in 5-6 "starlets" every year for a cheap overall price is quite a good idea. Let these promising youngsters fight it out to be the next JC or SG, all the while being introduced to what it is like to be a red. I would hate to see 'flavors of the month' brought in only to fail like Veron or Forlan. Quantity first and then cheap quality when we can(Alonso, Sissoko)
