I like Mickey, but I don't want him back -- he doesn't suit our style anymore. And I'd be really pissed off watching Gerrard to try 30 times a game threading a perfect pass to now much slower Owen. I disagree. One can't judge a league based on the strength of the top 3 teams. It's like you can't judge La Liga based on just Real Madrid and Barcelona. Can you see Tottenham or Everton doing a Sevilla? Anyway, Spain are still ahead of England regarding this year coefficient. I'm not saying La Liga is better. It's too damn close to call.

The game is going the same way before the goal. PSV are not (yet) taking the bait. With a goal up, 'Pool are obviously playing for the breaks. No team is THERE for the taking when they are working so hard to close down the midfield.

It's been excellent. PSV obviously were very well prepared, but we are solid and are systematically beaking them down. Bellamy can come in late in the second half to run at their tired defenders. It's been a great tactical battle with barely any chance for either side.
