Incase no one's seen it Marshall's going to Miami for a second round pick this year and next. Did anyone see the USFL documentary on ESPN's 30 for 30 series? Really good and Donald Trump comes across as more as a get than usual.

Walking Dead's brilliant, some really grim stuff in it especially at the end of the prison storyline. Some other stuff worth looking out for include Criminal by Ed Brubaker, Brubakers runs on Captain America and Daredevil, Powers by Brian Bendis as well as his Daredevil issues and Ultimate Spider-man.

Well done to Odris and Neko on winning the fantasy leagues, I've generally enjoyed doing this even though it's by far the most stressful fantasy game I've played trying to keep up with injuries and such, looking forward to playing next year if everyone's up for it.

There was an interesting entry on Bill Simmons power rankings last week where one of his readers said Brees not going to the Dolphins (twice) is one of the NFL's great what ifs. If he doesn't then the Saints are probably still banging around at the bottom of their division and twice a year there'd be a shootout in the AFC East between Brees and Brady. The Robot Henne's starting to grow on me but I'd much rather have Brees bombing the ball around.

Heh, that's an excellent 80's haircut. A pity that the only other player that I can think of doing the same as Elway also won a Superbowl although doing it while beating the Pats makes it a little better.

Nnnnggghh, I'm torn in that I agree with Neko that Elway is overrated and needed Terrell Davis to get those 2 Superbowls but then Redknight appeals to my Marino love, rock and a hard place...

I had an awful weekend on the fantasy, I'd drop all of them if I could.

Thought it was a pretty good album and Cantrells' vocals mean it sounds very close to the 90's stuff. Saw them play in Manchester last month, didn't really play much new stuff which surprised me, they went with all the crowd pleasers, did great versions of Rooster and Got Me Wrong.

Yeah, Simmons' columns are always a good read so I might give a couple of his books a go, I want to see how many Teen Wolf and Karate Kid references he can fit in there. Any Given Sunday's a pretty good American Football film, pretty good cast and it's Oliver Stone so you know it'll at least look nice.

That's the thing, I like all the news that's on it and the guests like Len Pasquerelli but JG's shouting does my head in. Have you listened to the Bill Simmons podcast? That's really good and covers all the American sports plus he's started getting into football so it's quite funny hearing him talk about it.

Does anyone listen to any NFL podcasts that they'd recommend? At the minute I listen to ESPN's Football Today but Jeremy Green the presenter on it really does my head in. I download the Fantasy one from ESPN too as well as the ones from Footballguys.com but I'd like a news and opinions one that doesn't make me foam at the mouth.

I thought Steve Atwater and John Lynch were good safeties in their day, Louis Oliver is probably my favourite Dolphin safety since I've been watching them as I missed Glenn Blackwood's peak.
