No way... We have this system in Norway, and it's shite. Mainly because it's unfair to the other teams in the division. One week Warnock, Traoré and Sinama plays against Shrewsbury, and the next week players are replaced with James Smith, O'Donnell and Idrizaj for the meeting with Oxford. That could(would) be a much easier game for Shrewsbury than for Oxford.

I agree with everything you are saying. The new Kop end should be something special, and not just another stand. A way to make it bigger could be to change the "round" top of the stand into a straight one. This would have given it a much better, more classic look.
