I thank you all for this post. the points made on here are exactly what I have been trying to say to my wife for years, but never been able to find the right words - now I just have to get her to read this! The problem she has has is that she does not understand this mentality of us being Scouse and not English. She is from the south of Scotland and is fantastically proud if anything Scottish, so when I try to explain that I couldn't give a damn about England, she just doesn't get it. Cheers to you all!

Picked up a copy of the fanzine at Speke airport when I was going out to Barcelona on business. Loved it, made a note of the web address, checked it out when I got back and have been on here ever since. The mag also had a great ad on the back page which was mostly blank. This got filled with the players autographs when I met them at the airport on the Friday morning after the 0 - 0 draw with Barca!

I can see from their 'Squad Status' that they have about 15 players with just one year left on their contracts. Surely that's dangerous. Come next June there will be no bugger there! Ah, well. Can't be helped. Anybody know what our squad status is?

He seems a very honest and level headed bloke. Are we sure he's a blue? He'll get loads of stick of other bitters I'm sure - especially about owning up to being 'beggars'!!!
