  1. They are complete scumbags writing shit like that, it’s no excuse but they were probably pissed up idiots who would have woken up this morning deleted the tweets and regretted it but it’s too late as they’re out there now screen shotted to fuck. If they are sober today and stand by them statements they need a real good kicking from one of our fan base.
  2. Except Ings is that poop he wasn’t even named as a sub.
  3. They’d be well within their rights to want to because he’s their talisman and their hopes rest on his shoulders, for us the best case scenario would be a 4/5 week injury so he misses it but gets a rest for next season. I just hope we don’t insist on him not playing but him demanding he goes, could cause a massive issue if that happens. If he misses out I can see some crazy Egyptians being hugely fucked off with him and some Egyptian players in La Liga nailing him next season. Hopefully if Salah takes this badly then it puts to bed him wanting a move to Madrid, especially to play with that prick.
  4. I agree Mane shouldn’t have been booked and Ramos clearly wanted to get him sent off as soon as he got Salah off the pitch, as for the VAR thing, I think it’s just one man watching it and can only be used if there’s a “clear and obvious” mistake, this instance isn’t clear and obvious, well to me and you it’s obvious he meant it but they had 3 ex professionals one of whom is a former captain and they all said it wasn’t intentional so you can see where the problem would be in giving him a red card for it. Look you’re right and in hindsight knowing the severity of Salah’s injury it should have resulted in a red card but in isolation pulling an opponent to the ground is a yellow card at best, Madrid would just argue he pulled him down and unfortunately Salah got injured. These types of snidey shit won’t be eradicated solely with VAR because as others have pointed out Madrid, Barca, Utd etc are above the law and they get away with all sorts because of their status.
  5. Obviously depending on how fit he was we’d have been better off putting Can on to add a bit of physicality and pushing Wijnaldum up to the left wing, one thing he has got is bags of energy and that energy and pressing is what got Madrid and especially Marcelo so petrified to commit men forward. Lallana was less than useless last night.
  6. I agree he’s more than a good enough squad player but would he stay? If he did then yea I agree we could get rid of Klavan and keep him but since Van Dijk has arrived I think Lovren’s been considerably better than Matip whilst playing next to him.
  7. I certainly don’t, imagine him kicking fuck out of Silva and getting sent off costing us a valuable 3 points in a run in with Man City like he’s done a million times against Messi. I was going to name a Utd player but I’d like nothing more to see someone kick fuck out of Herrera for example!
  8. Klavan is an ideal 4th choice, the odd one out for me is Matip. Preferably we’d have 1st & 2nd choice: Van Dijk/Elite level new signing 3rd: Lovren 4th: Klavan Gomez out on loan where it’s in his contract he must play CB.
  9. I seen it on Instagram so no idea how to show it on here but anyone seen that video of Klopp and his assistant signing and dancing from last night at 6am, what a guy. I don’t think there’s ever been a man made for a club more than Jurgen and Liverpool, whatever he achieves or doesn’t here he’s made thousands of disillusioned Liverpool fans believe and fall in love with football and the club again all on his own. Ps get Buvac back.
  10. I haven’t noticed if Benzema was offside or not but having no intention of going for the ball then the keeper having it in his hands takes that “phase” of attack away from it, it becomes a new phase as soon as Karius grasps it. He didn’t harass him at all mate that’s insane! His doesn’t get in his face or block the throw, no one made Karius throw it at him, if he was being harassed he’s an even bigger moron! Why the fuck would you launch the ball at the guy harassing you without either throwing your arm up to signal to the ref that he can’t do anything with the ball because Benzema’s blocking him or just sprint past him and roll it or kick it to whoever he wanted?
  11. You really believe Benzema done wrong? He wasn’t even facing Karius at the time he was about the throw it, he turned then was half facing him when he threw it, Benzema was far enough away that Karius could have threw around him, over him, turned the other way and give it to Robertson but no he threw it the only place possible where Benzema could dangle a leg out and it go in. It wasn’t an infringement at all, if Benzema was closer to him then yeh it could possibly have been but the fact he was relatively far away and didn’t impede Karius from doing anything suggests it wasn’t a foul. He could have literally done 20 different things with that ball but choose to throw it within the vicinity of a striker on his own, that’s just retarded.
  12. My opinion is that he clearly does give a fuck and he deserves huge respect and it took balls to go over to the fans when he could have walked away and hidden but his crying didn’t look convincing to me at all and it’s wrong to say he definitely wasn’t crying because only he knows and I don’t have a clue but I just don’t think it was entirely genuine, it looked like he was trying to make himself cry. He even wiped away tears that weren’t there.
  13. What one was officiated incorrectly?
  14. It was a £4m gamble that hasn’t worked mate, it’s not like he brought him in and has backed him all the way, he brought him in it didn’t work, he took him out and realised the other guy is useless and has no capacity to improve so he brought his buy back in who has the potential to improve and by and large he has improved this year but his level of improvement isn’t good enough to be a goalkeeper in a CL final. Like I said wait and see if he’s replaced, if he’s not and makes more mistakes next season then questions on Klopps judgement of him then needs to be questioned but for now Klopp gets a pass.
  15. I agree, 20 odd is a mental amount of red cards for one guy and the even more mental thing is if the number was 40 you wouldn’t be surprised. He’s bordering on a red card every single big game he plays in or in any tight game where his shithousery would benefit Madrid. There isn’t a game that goes by where he could or should be sent off.
  16. Why when Mignolet is worse? We’ll see if Klopp buys a first choice keeper in the summer or not and if he doesn’t and Karius makes more blunders then next season Klopp has to but for now it’s not on Klopp at all, that’s ridiculous to say it is.
  17. I think the point is though that how can you prove it was his intention to injure him, he’ll just say that arms got tangled as they were falling, if you don’t take into consideration who it was making the foul you’d say that it was an unfortunate incident that ended with our man getting injured but knowing it was Ramos you and I know it was 99% intentional. It’s disgusting and he knew exactly what he was doing but he’d never get a red card for that, if Mo (and he never initially went off) never got injured he’d never in a million years even get booked for that. It’s only with hindsight knowing Salah could miss a World Cup that it’s a red card. For example if Mo immediately went off injured and VAR deemed it intentional then there’s a slight possibility that he could have walked for it but when Mo plays on even for a 5 minutes then their mind is made up that it wasn’t that bad and Salah’s back up and running, they can’t go back when he goes off injured and say Ramos your off aswell. Put it this way if Van Dijk pulled Ronaldo down like that and Ronaldo got back up and carried on playing we’d all be fuming if he got sent off for it.
  18. He was immense last night and if he could put that kind of performance in week in week out we have no need to look for a replacement but his concentration level dips on a monthly basis to where he doesn’t resemble a premier league defender, his consistency levels are the only thing that needs improving.
  19. Just seen Fekir’s interview where he’s said he’s not close to signing for us and that he’s talking to other clubs, fuck me can this weekend get any worse? Juve might aswell announce the Can deal today to top it off. I thought that we’d announce Fekir today or tomorrow no matter what the result was last night, it’s a PR’s dream, we win and then announce we’ve made our second highest transfer ever and the supporters are flying and are snapping up merchandise left and right in anticipation for next season and if we lose then they announce it and then that starts to pick up supporters morale after losing a final win-win either way but with his interview it seems as though it was premature to think we’d basically already signed him.
  20. He’d get away with all 3 with VAR mate because the Salah incident is an “accident” the Mane one, well looking to see where an opponent is isn’t a crime and then he had his legs “swiped” by the minimal contact on his boot lace and the Karius elbow was a push by Van Dijk. Ramos is an expert at it. He’s just a horrible cheating cunt who’s been getting away with shit like this for years, the way he’s tried to kick Messi out of matches and stamping on his hand etc shows how much of a prick he is, the fact he’s had a million red cards just shows that he’s learned more and more over time what he needs to do to get away with it, he’ll have the odd ref who won’t put up with it or it’s just too obvious for the ref to turn a blind eye and he has to get sent off. I honestly feel like these “superstar” footballers get away with so much shit now and get free kicks for fuck all, first 5 minutes Ronaldo’s throwing his arms in the air and screaming at the ref as soon as he’s tackled. Journalists are mostly afraid to call Ronaldo, Ramos and even Mourinho out for being cheating scumbags, they’d rather just celebrate the “superstar status” of them and ignore the fact that Ronaldo on a football field doesn’t come close to Messi as a sportsman and Mourinho is half the man Klopp is. Ramos always has been and always will be a hateful cunt who when he boots Messi off the ball or deliberately tries and succeeds in injuring Mo Salah the media just laugh it off as Ramos just being Ramos.
  21. He wasn’t even crying, I’ve seen zero tears on his face when he was meant to be crying. My Mrs who knows fuck all about football even pointed it out when he was saying sorry.
  22. After Lallana’s none appearance last night I can’t see him still being here next season, just doesn’t have the power or explosiveness required anymore. He’s so slow and weak it’s almost pitiful. He was never the quickest but what the fucks happened to him? It’s as if he’s running in quicksand, I can’t believe one injury has done that to him it must be a culmination of years of niggly injuries. Anyway there’s a fair few that need upgrading and replacing and if it were Football Manager I’d be selling and replacing: Karius Mignolet Matip (only if he’s replaced with a top level CB and Lovren’s moved to the bench) Moreno (could possibly keep as a backup) Lallana Henderson or Wijnaldum Can (ideally I’d keep him but he’s gone) Ings Sturridge Origi Flanagan Markovic But it’s not and Klopps too loyal to replace all them in one window. I can’t see a future here long term for any of them I’ve mentioned.
  23. For his own sake he needs to go away and get out of the limelight and slowly build up some sort of reputation again because he just had the worst goalkeeping performance I can ever remember in such a high profile game and it was in front of 400m+ viewers who are all now laughing at him. To make one of them blunders in such a game is despicable for a professional but to make two in the same game is unforgivable. Honigstein made a good point yesterday that the kind of mistakes that were made and subsequent abuse and replays that’ll be played for years are the type of mistakes that are hard to forget and that Robert Enke struggled massively to come to terms with when he was alone.
  24. Not that he needed to but last night Mane went so much higher in my estimations, not only did he look devastated that his mate got injured and gave him a hug as he walked off the pitch, from our point of view he took the game by the scruff of the neck it was like he thought ‘Mo’s gone off I’m going to have to step up’ and he really did. Also he was the only one who gave Ramos a kick in, numerous times he left a bit on him. That’s part of our problem to be honest, id say Milner and Can are the only other two from midfield/attack I’d expect to go looking for retribution and boot fuck out of Ramos, Milner just didn’t have the legs last night to get anywhere near him. TAA and Robbo would 100% have nailed the cunt if they got anywhere near a chance to do it. That’ll all change next year when Naby’s here, he’d have kneecapped Ramos and that Dorito fucker who came on for Carvajal for their theatrics.
  25. Because he’s a cunt? Ohh I won’t ever disagree on that front believe me!
