The present government are putting forward their proposals and beliefs, out in the open. In that respect its good. Now its up to the opposition to outline why it stinks to high heaven and for the English people ( the Tories are getting nowhere near power in Scotland or Wales) to look at these proposals and vote them out.
I wouldn't necessarily be using the EU as an example of institutions against bankers, they are locked together hand in glove. The EUs former main man even fucked off to join Goldman Sachs.
