  1. I'm convinced Evertons overall style will be altered. With the exception of Felliani, Coleman and Baines and Jagielka, their squad is shit. They may have to acclimatise to their new style. We may have Everton at their norm, playing rubbish until december before rising up the table in the second half of the season. They won't be relegated, but they won't win anything or challenge the top 4 either. My prediction is Everton will finish between 10th and 12th. My other prediction is that Chelsea will win the title, Liverpool will finish 4th at Arsenals expense. My top 4. Chelsea Manchester City Manchester United Liverpool.
  2. Our start is pretty decent. After we play United in the 3rd game, we don't play another top side until November when we play Arsenal. Moyes on the otherhand has been handed the baptism of fire Brendan Rodgers was handed last season. Chelsea at home in the 2nd game, Jose has a fantastic record at the theatre of delusions. Then they play Liverpool at Anfield. Moyes has never won at Anfield. We can make a real statement of intent by destroying them infront of our own fans. They play City away in game 6. Wouldn't Manchester City love to kick United in the face when they are down? It's something that would make my day to see Moyes shown up as the poor manager he actually is.
  3. Losing our best keeper? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Pepe Reina has reiterated his desire to remain at Liverpool for at least the next 3 years. He says he and his agent have had no contact with Barcelona. As for Luis Suarez, I believe most of it is fabricated nonsense from the media.
  4. The Luis Suarez to Real Madrid thing is a mixture of Luis Suarez saying that if Real Madrid or Barcelona put in a bid for him, he expects Liverpool to consider it. Then you have the media spin. The media have changed this around to Luis Suarez wants to quit Liverpool. Guess why.......it sells newspapers. These are the facts. There is a clear reason why Real Madrid haven't shown any interest in Luis Suarez...they don't have a manager as of yet. Who is to say that their new manager may not want Luis Suarez at Real Madrid? This is worth considering. I do agree that Luis Suarez calling Real Madrid a ''magical club'' is putting Liverpool down. Liverpool are a magical club. They aren't exactly a no-mark club like Arsenal. We're talking about English footballs most decorated club with 41 major honours. We're talking about English footballs most successful in Europe. 11 trophies is something no-one is anywhere close to. Their nearest rivals Manchester United have 5.
  5. I'll tell you one thing. If we tie up Luis Alberto Iago Aspas Tiago Llori Christian Atsu Kyriagkos Papadopolous Mikitayran Simon Mignolet. We're going to have one hell of a squad.
  6. Have any of you heard about the rumours linking Downing to Fulham? Apparently Downing may be surplus to requirements. Jonjo Shelvey is also being considered for sale too. These are just rumours.
  7. Apparently and this is the leak, we're away to Beachball head and Hull City in the season opener and away to Everton in the 3rd game.
  8. When Luis Suarez left Ajax for Liverpool, he was in the middle of a 7 match ban for biting a player. The ban was null and void when he joined Liverpool in January 2011. If Luis Suarez moves to Spain, he's no longer suspended.
  9. Have a read of this. Liverpool's extensive summer recruitment programme is increasingly likely to include a cut-price transfer for Porto's Ghanaian international Christian Atsu after a significant breakthrough in negotiations. The two clubs are in advanced talks and Liverpool are moving in on a deal that would see the 21-year-old winger sign for as little as £3m, on the basis that his contract expires next summer and he has already made it clear that he will not be signing another one. (The Guardian) Other news. Andy Carroll has completed his £15.5 million move to West Ham having passed his medical. Source Twitter, just look up David Gold.
  10. You're forgetting something, the referee buyer may not be manager, but he's still there, pulling Moyes' strings. Moyes can't piss without asking Fergusons permission. It's Wilf McGuinness all over again. Anyone that can't see that has worse eyesight than Stevie Wonder. There is a snowballs chance in hell of them selling us one of their players, not that we want him. Nani is in one word........a cunt.
  11. He reminds me a lot of George Best in his character. Genius footballer, but way too much baggage and a ticking time bomb. We may lose a genius, but on the plus side( yes there is one), we can go out and sign a striker who can start the season on day one. Maybe one of the reasons why Luis Suarez does want to leave is the fact, that if he leaves the premiership, his suspension is dead. The suspension is just in England, it's an FA suspension and not a UEFA suspension. Joey Barton moved to France to null and void his suspension. He can only serve it, if he moves back to an English club.
  12. Have you not realised that there hasn't been transfer activity between Liverpool and Manchester United since Phil Chisnall in 1964? The reason that occured was because Bill Shankly and Matt Busby were best friends. They won't sell to us, we won't sell to them, it's the way it is. There has been players that have played for both clubs i.e. Ted McDougall, John Gidman, Michael Owen, Peter Beardsley, Paul Ince. However no direct transfers since 1964. They kicked up a stink over Heinze.
  13. That's not necessarily true. Everton had a set way of playing under Moyes, they were pretty difficult to beat. However Martinez' style is pretty expansive. They may score more goals, but they will also concede more. Martinez may struggle when he attempts to turn a sows ear into a silk purse. His predecessor is going to do it the opposite way around at Manchester United.
  14. The list of players Liverpool are currently linked with has risen to 950..and the window hasn't opened yet.
  15. The Luis Suarez to Real Madrid saga may have taken another twist. There is speculation suggesting that Real Madrid want Edison Cavani. The Bayern Munich thing is a no go, as far as I'm concerned. The German league isn't challenging enough. Everyone knows that the most challenging leagues are the English premiership and La Liga. This is why for the life of me, I cannot see Luis Suarez going to Germany. It's Spain or nothing. If Luis Suarez does stay, he'll have a lot of explaining to do with regards his comments. As for Pepe Reina, the stuff about him joining Barcelona is hot air. I can't see that happening either.
  16. His last name is pronouced Mikitaryan.
  17. I would love to tit rub my cock up between her and Natalie Sawyers massive tits and give both deep throat before shagging them senseless.
  18. I don't think Everton will be relegated, they have some decent players. Jagielka, Baines, Felliani and Coleman.
  19. If we sign this guy, then it's a real statement of intent. I just hope we can keep Luis Suarez. Otherwise it's one step forward and two backwards.
  20. Trapattoni is managing and he's older than Baconface. I'm telling you, Fergie retired he's shitting himself over operation yewtree. It was Bobby Charlton that gave Mark Lawrenson his squeaky voice. Charlton managed Lawrenson at Preston, and gave his balls a good squeeze resulting in the squeaky voice.
  21. I think you're right. This piece is likely to have been written by Dave Maddock, whom I thought was an excellent journalist with regards to LFC. He's let himself down with some of his recent articles. However Brian Reades articles are well worth a read. Although he's a lifelong Liverpool fan, he's also a critic and his articles are well balanced to say the least.
  22. FSG are putting their hands in their pockets too. They've realised they need to speculate to accumulate. They've realised that if they want to achieve their ultimate aim, which is to destroy Manchester United. Then they must spend money. Let them spend money, let's enjoy it. If it means that we're fast-tracked to success without having a sugar daddy, then so be it. It's called striking when the iron is hot. There is two clubs that are currently vulnerable, and they are last seasons top two. Manchester City have lost the manager that won them 2 trophies in 3 seasons. Manchester United have lost their star player. Howard Webb has left Manchester United, he refuses to play for anyone except his boyfriend Alex.
  23. Expect FSG to make a bumper signing if Luis Suarez does leave. The Mkhitayran deal is expected to be sealed regardless of any Suarez sale.
