  1. I remember when we won the league in 84 one of the results 3 games before the end of the season was Everton drawing with Man Utd 1-1 at Goodison....which meant we could draw the following week to win the title from Utd which we duly did. Ok I'm clutching at straws here and it was 30 years ago but it happened then it can happen again......gotta believe eh.
  2. Not arsed about their fans not wanting us to win, being honest we would be exactly the saem if roles were reversed....Two of the worst games i ever went to were the Blackburn game and the Chelsea one a few years back, horrible feeling knowing that you want to cheer your side on but knowing a win could let the mancs in. I think the players will give it a go I also think City will have too much for them, the bitters can celebrate all they like this game won't decide the title.
  3. I'll forgive yer....just To be honest heard him say it as well as I was typing.....noticed too he accused the guy of feigning injury then got his Chelsea head back on and said oh he's just taking the sting out the game.....
  4. There's no need for that what have I ever done to you.....?
  5. The irony Robben telling someone to stop feigning injury.....
  6. Best not to mention the game in between those two then........
  7. Decent record? They haven't won here for 20 years....
  8. Good article by Maddock in the Mirror slagging off the trampy Steptoe impersonator.. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/liverpool-0-2-chelsea-jose-mourinho-3469510
  9. I just hope we win our final two games and if we do that to win 13 out of 14 would be an incredible achievement one that we should feel proud of even if it comes up short..... The fact we lost to such a grotesque club is obviously painful but whatever we think of them they are a top side and if we had to lose a game I would rather it be to a top side than say Norwich last week....At least we didn't bottle it like we have in the past which for me can only bode well for these players.
  10. What an arse licking artice that is.....and the part that I always hate getting dragged up is the "he got rid of Keane because he was a threat to his power" ...bollocks he got rid of Keane because Keane was finished plaind and simple.....He loved Keane slagging the players off for years it was only when Garcia crunched him with that tackle that he got shut. And love the part of the "the greater good".....brings up an image of the Ferguson and the Glazers interviewing Gollum..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUpbOliTHJY
  11. Probably a good result for the bitters as they can put all this nonsense of finishing fourth out of their heads and concentrate on the main objective... praying for us to not win the league...
  12. Kat Dennings is in Thor .....don't know about you but I'd hammer her...
  13. What Brendan said about how it would be foolish for Mourinho to play the same team on Sunday and then on Wednesday was brilliant, by making out it was too much for City to handle playing us on the Sunday then Sunderland . For me that's mind games taunting Mourinho...play your best team but if you lose it gonna be hard to recover Wednesday...
  14. The sad thing is you're not even surprised anymore by how low these people will go..
  15. Just been confirmed Chelsea are wearing a new logo for Sunday's game....
  16. I'd look but only from a safe distance and I certainly wouldn't touch
  17. Trump through 10-8 very poor quality match highest break was int he 70's, I think both wanted to go out...
  18. Moyes has developed some sort of Stockholm Syndrome with the whiskey nosed one, he probably prays to a Fergie doll at home before he goes to bed Ferguson could literally dry hump him now and Moyes would ask should he bend over more.
  19. If they're going to play Torres then Agger should start so he can throw another of these challenges in....(sorry about the music nowt to do with me) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YflS479W9SM
  20. Can you have two Chosen One's? Man Utd: Sir Alex Ferguson to help select David Moyes's replacement Sir Alex Ferguson will play a key role in selecting David Moyes's replacement as Manchester United manager. Moyes, who was hand-picked by Ferguson as his successor last year, was sacked on Tuesday after only 10 months in charge. Ferguson will this time be part of a selection process consisting of every Manchester United board member. The board met after Sunday's 2-0 defeat to Everton to discuss the move to sack Moyes. Ferguson and Manchester United legend Bobby Charlton are believed to have been part of those discussions.
  21. Gonna be tough Sunday we just have to stay calm if say we do for once go in 0-0 at half time....no time to panic and the fans can play their part if that does happen....... We can't be two up inside the first 15 in every game...although just once more on Sunday would be nice.
