I think your actually supporting our argument and making your own side weaker with all of this. He didn't get many games, 2 big clubs havent signed him, he is left out of the major games and he nobody really knows his best position. And he is as slow as fuck

Crazy that people want to argue about us letting Sahin go, he was pretty shit for his time here and way off the pace. But then again the same person argued with loads of people on the match thread when they said Borini was shit. It is all about opinions but you have to make sure you got the right one first...

The fact we are trying to get rid of Borini makes me hope this was true. I don't want Rodgers to have blind faith in his signings just because he made them. If its not working out the player should be moved on.........and its deff not working out for Borini. I hope he isnt here at the start of the season, we need better than him coming off the bench.

I don't watch much German football but i don't remember him being picked to start any of their big games in the CL or in the league. He might have scored and created from deep, but i doubt he is the reason they had a good season..... He was far too slow for the premiership, we couldn't afford to give him games to get him up to speed and i don't think anybody would have payed 10-15 million for him at the end of that loan spell. It didn't work out but i don't think people should blame rodgers for that. The guy was way off the pace when he was here....

He had no pace and was coming off a 12 month lay off. We couldnt afford to play him at DM remember what happened against Arsenal?! He was shit slow and players were walking past him in the middle.

He tried to get Barca to come out and make an offer and they didn't How can he tell Liverpool that he will go to Barca but if they dont offer he will stay here?! Shows real commitment that does. His performances for 2-3 years showed a lack of commitment also. The club has done nothing wrong in seeking a replacement and getting him off the wage bill. He is an under performer on £100k a week

3 players for 20 million each 2 attacking players and one midfielder. Not sure who they would be but those are the positions i think we need to strengthen. Erikkson might be one of them, James Rodriguez the other or munian. That just leaves the central midfielder..... Alonso?

I think i need to stick to this thread for a while, the others are driving me mad. Why do people think Suarez is the only good player in the world?! Its just not the case! The level of the premiership has dipped and the defences are as good here as they used to be, players like Michu banged goals in here and it proves its not only Suarez. It does prove that good quality players from abroad can find it easier to play here. One loonie even just suggested that getting 3 good players would not be good enough to cover the loss of Suarez.......and wouldn't make us stronger. Crazy talk! We will be fine, if rodgers has the cash to spend he will spend it on good players and improve us overall. I think this transfer would be positive for us in the long run.

I hear ya, if we expect it less, it will be even more of a nice "surprise" if it does happen. Game finsihed 2-2 united got a last kick of the game equalizer. Probably better that they didn't lose, less knives will be out for him but after watching them i dont think teams will have that "fear" factor when playing them anymore.....

True, but can you imagine United fans right now? If they lose 3 out of 4 of moyes's first games, they will nearly be going into meltdown. Or atleast thinking "oh fuck what have we done" hahahaahaha With all the shit we have had to go through all these years its nice to see them starting to squirm, even if it does mean nothing.

Im starved of football mate! Plus its a good chance to see how they are doing under Moyes, i watch most of our rivals. They nearly went 3-1 down just now. Losing 3 out of 4 games is going to heap pressure on moyes, all before this tough start they have. I dont want it to be too much of a disaster or fergie will come out of retirement by January at this rate. Watching them struggle is going to be fun though.

Win or lose, this is united best team out there pretty much. They arent going to be the same force they have been unless they spend big this summer. I watched City's game last week and they dont look anything special yet either. Chelsea will be the team to watch. If we spend some cash on 2-3 quality players we could be right up there next year. There is so much uncertainty at these other clubs right now. I hope FSG give Rodgers more cash, even if Suarez doesnt go, this is the summer to close the gap. The opportunity is there right now, its time to act now and seize the moment.
