  1. Inter and #LFC have reached an agreement for Sturridge, but deal depends on Eder being sold first @Gazzetta_it
  2. AS Monaco star Thomas Lemar has agreed personal terms with Liverpool. Yahoo Sport says Liverpool have reached an agreement with Lemar but will not meet Monaco's £90million asking price. The French international is a long-term target for the Reds and Arsenal, who failed with a last-ditch bid over the summer. Lemar, 22, has already agreed the outline of a deal with Anfield chiefs. The sticking point is Monaco demanding a huge fee after losing a number of talents in the last window. They are prepared to sell any player but are tough negotiators and will command a premium.
  3. Ross County have signed former Liverpool striker David Ngog until the end of the season. The 28-year-old arrives in Dingwall as a free agent after recently leaving Greek Superleague side Panionios. Staggies boss Owen Coyle spent £4m on the Frenchman in 2011, signing him for Bolton from Liverpool. "I am all too familiar with his qualities and I think he will be an excellent addition to our attacking options," Coyle told the club website.
  4. Inter Milan have made a £1.5m loan bid for Daniel Sturridge with the option to buy him at the end of the season. Liverpool enquired about Athlétic Bilbao centre-back Aymeric Laporte this January before pulling out of a deal due to the expenses. Laporte has a €65m buy-out clause. #LFC Talksport http://ift.tt/2DxZdTF Liverpool transfer news: Emre Can is unlikely to join Juventus, admits Italian club chief Reports say James Rodriguez could replace Philippe Coutinho at Anfield this summer https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/liverpool-in-talks-over-transfer-14169961 Rodriguez rumour is the same Don Balon one from few days back
  5. I thought Bellamy was quite a decent short term signing second time around. Came on a free, had that aggressive winning mentality and loved the club. The end of game handbags with his long time personal enemy Reo-Coker was good entertainment value as well.
  6. Thanks for that. Will watch later.
  7. Transfer rumours completely dried up. Even this DaveOKOP chap has given up.
  8. Daniel Sturridge’s Anfield career is drawing to an end, Inter Milan and Sevilla trying to secure a loan agreement. Inter have been in the more advanced discussions – their terms more favourable – but Sturridge has expressed a preference to move to La Liga. (Chris Bascombe) Liverpool will not let the striker leave unless the financial package is favourable – they will not subsidise Sturridge’s wages while he is loan. They would also prefer an agreement that leads to a permanent transfer. (Chris Bascombe) Daniel Sturridge tells Liverpool hierarchy that he prefers a move to Sevilla over Inter. [@MirrorFootball] Writing for the Mirror, David Maddock also claims that Sevilla have not matched the Red’s demands so far (an option to buy at the end of a loan spell). Sturridge is adamant that Spain is his preferred destination.
  9. Inter Milan are confident a deal will be completed for Daniel Sturridge with personal terms agreed. #LFC Daniel Sturridge is close to a move to Inter Milan until the end of the season. However, Roma could join the race, if Edin Dzeko leaves the club this month. [Calcio Mercato] Via: @LivEchoLFC Writing for the Mailonline, Simon Jones and Sam Mcevoy, claim Arsenal are also still in the hunt for Lemar. With this, the Frenchman is also thought to be keen on a move to England rather than Spain.
  10. Are Schalke the German Arsenal? Goretzka, Kolasinac, Matip, Choupo-Moting and Meyer all running their contracts out and leaving on a free within the past couple of years.
  11. Surprisingly it isn’t, they’re still all moaning and Claude is having his usual disagreements with Ty. I guess Robbie has sussed that is what gets them the view counts.
  12. None of that will matter once we pay the £441m release clause.
  13. Liverpool want to invest most of the fee they received from the sale of Philippe Coutinho on Real Madrid midfielder, Marco Asensio. However, Florentino Perez doesn’t want to lose the player, despite being played less & less by Manager Zinedine Zidane. [@donbalon_com] #LFC The article by Mario Plaza states that of the many clubs nterested in Asensio, Liverpool are the only ones willing to pay as much as €150M (£132M), but Real Madrid are unwilling to accept this. His release clause is €500M (£441M). Gareth Bale & Florentino Perez have agreed it’s time for him to leave Real Madrid & Jürgen Klopp has placed the Welshman at the top of his wish list following the sale of Philippe Coutinho. It’s thought Liverpool would offer more then €100M for Bale. [@donbalon_com] #LFC The report by Mario Plaza states that the club Bale will move on to has not been decided. Due to the imminent arrival of Alexis Sanchez at Man Utd he is unlikely to move there, whilst Liverpool have already registered an interest. Liverpool would need time to persuade Bayern Munich to end the loan deal of James Rodriguez early & negotiate with Real Madrid if they were to try & sign the Colombian midfielder. [@prenno]
  14. Looks like McCarthy has broken his leg. Rondon who was involved in the incident is in tears.
  15. First one on target in 2018. Greeted by the loudest cheer of the day.
  16. Russell Brand looks decent at right back for Brighton. Should have had a penalty as well.
  17. Bad grammar is disappointing , especially compared to Bad Grandpa. Bad grammar never got her penis stuck in a vending machine nor sharted all over a restaurant wall.
  18. Napoli are interested in signing Simon Mignolet. Liverpool will look to sign a goalkeeper this summer with Roma’s Allison a potential target, writes @_pauljoyce
  19. Premier League clubs hoping to tempt Liverpool to part with Danny Ings this month face disappointment as Daniel Sturridge's likely Anfield exit has repercussions for his team-mate, writes @_ChrisBascombe With Sturridge negotiating his exit, Liverpool do not want to lose two back-up strikers. That means Ings is likely to remain at the club for the rest of the season. (Chris Bascombe) Liverpool are continuing talks with interested clubs for Sturridge, with a loan move to Inter Milan possible. He leave for the right deal. Inter's proposition is currently more attractive than Sevilla, who have been told to improve terms if they want the player. (Chris Bascombe) Liverpool are not prepared to pay any of the England international’s salary if he goes on a six-month loan. It must also be determined if his departure will include an arrangement making the move permanent at the end of this season. (Chris Bascombe) Manchester City have expressed an interest in Emre Can - but his future could depend on Liverpool’s pursuit of his international teammate Leon Goretzka. (@MirrorFootball) Can has shown little interest in a sustained approach from Juventus... and that is because he would be interested in a return to Bayern Munich, where he started his senior career. (@MirrorFootball) Bayern are unlikely to sign more than one midfielder in the summer, and if they do secure Goretzka, then the Liverpool player will instead lean towards staying in the Premier League. (@MirrorFootball) Man City have expressed an interest in the 24-year-old, and Arsenal could too be a possible destination on a free transfer next season. But Can will wait to see if Munich are out of the running before he makes any definitive decision on his future. (@MirrorFootball) Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea are all looking at the Ivory Coast central midfielder Jean Michael Seri, with Manchester City also poised to join the chase. [@MirrorFootball] @DiscoMirror writes that Seri wants a move to the Premier League, and that Liverpool are looking into the midfielder with Emre Can’s contract uncertainty and Henderson’s injury issues lately.
  20. Will be tough drawing punters away from Pinchazzo.
  21. Sanchez compiling an alternate list.
  22. Surprised at the Kane chance conversion. I thought he was supposed to be this great finisher, yet he is behind Salah who apparently misses a lot of his chances.
  23. Liverpool have been pursuing a deal for Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak for over eight years, it has been revealed. The Liverpool Echo says at 16, Oblak was one of the most highly-rated teenage goalkeepers in Europe, already establishing himself with Slovenian side Olimpija Ljubljana. The Reds were seemingly interested in bringing Oblak on trial and had travelled to Merseyside to watch Liverpool's 2-1 defeat to Arsenal in December 2009. But after picking up an injury, Oblak would return to his homeland, signing for Benfica the following summer in a £1.5million deal. Liverpool are said to be lining up Oblak as a replacement for Simon Mignolet, who has opened the door to leaving Anfield this month.
