1. True. Quality player in the makibg though and only seen him once but he's that goid. Another reason why I think we have something special in Ngoo as well 6–0 loss but he was quality through out
2. Given Valencia are playing CL football I would think yes. We would really have to think outside the box if we are being realistic and looking at someone to come in in January and make an impact both short and long term. Suarez can score as many hat tricks as he wants against Norwich, he's too wasteful as a striker to be the main source of goals for this team in my opinion. Pierre Aubameyang Tim Matavz Those two are possibles but if we're talking about two players that should be within our reach, neither playing CL football and both fitting Rodgers style perfectly.... The obvious one: Stevan Jovetic Stevan Jovetić - Déjà vu - Goals & Skills 2011/2012 HD - YouTube The less obvious: Ricky Van Woflswinkel Both are on their way to being complete forwards of the game and both would contribute goals and assists.
3. It is true that one, I remember it well. We also missed out on Villa when he was at Zaragoza and Higuain when he was at River. I don't know if it's true but I heard that Juan Mata was on the same list of players as Stewart Downing, well played whoever made that fucking decision if so.
4. Still as much of a clueless fucktard as ever I see.
5. It's not just about money? Yeah right, I suppose it was the floods, ethnic tensions and terrorism that really attracted them to the region? Ball sack Dudak was looking like he could have been a quality player and then he sold out. I mean Eto'o you can understand, what more did he have to prove but ball sack is only 25!
6. Theres always one. I'd dare suggest that there are two sides to the debate and while LFC is a national institution we also have idiosyncratic tendanicies which seperate us fron many other English people/clubs cand so for this reason i'd say he's picked an excellent place to research his chosen topic.
7. Sometimes running into the light and dodging is a better bet. Only bits I realky got stuck in were "poltergeists" and the bit just before "well lit room". Dig it out, very satisfying game to finish.
8. So I had a couple of days off and I've just got myself an XBox for the first time. This game is EPIC, it's one of those games where you keep playing but the reason isn't the game play it's the story. You need to finish it. The cut scenes are quality and the song at the end of episode 3 or 4 (the muse) is better than most of the shit that makes it into the charts thesedays. If you haven't already done so (I'm probably the last person alive who hadn't) then I suggest you check it out. On to Deus Ex now for me which I also got for a tenner, come to think of it one of the games I got with a voucher from Gamestation for buying the XBox so I got them both for a tenner. Result. Any other suggestions for games that will be in the bargain bucket that are worth a second look?
9. I have a friend coming over from L.A. who is a big Liverpool fan and he is looking to research the club as part of his ... well actually I'll just quote what he said: It would be great if he could meet with people around the club like the club historian and I'll be trying everything I can to get that to happen and I think it's a great story in itself and wonder if it's something that the club might be interested in themselves, especially given the link between ourselves and America thesedays. He's only just got his clearance so I don't have much time to work with and he will be here around the 26th of this month. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

11. Unlike Gerrard who was always reserved and calm in everything he did ...
12. Looks quality that reckoner, definitely going to give that a watch. Speaking of crazy lower league manager, John Sitton has to be the best: YE5mEDcjM6s
13. If Shelvey is sent off then why isn't Evans as his tackle was much worse! Two footed lunge ... oh wait he wasn't wearing a Liverpool shirt. Nevermind.
14. Poor old Judas, the lad made a mistake. He's gone get over it.
15. I can tell you for a fact he does as a mate of mine works for the media team at Anfield and when he first met him he was blown away by how genuine he is. He says he just commands respect by his words and actions wherever he is and that while he's a very quiet and down to earth fella, you just get the feeling you wouldn't want to be on his bad side. I got all that off him before I'd seen anything of Rodgers really of any note off camera and I have to say that so far the lad has been spot on about him. As for not endearing himself to the fans by showing he has a boss house, I think that COULD have been the case but it didn't play that way for me. He basically seemed to be saying that he's made up with everything he has (when he said about the car as well) but they're just "things" and it's the people in the house that he made sure mattered. The same thing goes for Gerrard who I thought came across really well and he seemed really genuine once he was home, he's either a really good actor or he was just being himself.
16. I was talking about this the other day with a blue taxi driver who seemed very knowledgable (and is gutted we got Rodgers) and he said that he reckons your lot are overrated in general this season and while I agree with his statement to a large degree, I believe that the key to your season as he was last season is David Silva. When David Silva is at his best he just seems unplayable and he adds a completely different dimension to your side, especially against sides that "park the bus". I think people are overlooking Arsenal and Chelsea a bit too much, Chelsea especially. I can't remember the last time a team started so well and were seemingly dismissed for the title. For me it's a 4 horse race until further notice and I'm still hoping that sly tenner I had on Arsenal (because of the daft odds and the fact they are improving but that was before they lost RVP to United of all people) pays off. As for today's results? The treble is going to be be LIVERPOOL WIN, City draw and Newcastle win.
17. A little bit of vomit just crept out. What a fucking shithouse of a letter that is. "We're the bestest and we have to prove it for a PR exercise but remember that we're the bestest and you make us that way and it's about us as a club .... oh yeah and 96 people died for no reason but whatever as long as we keep being the bestest."
18. The original poster seems genuine enough, just as some of my United supporting mates who have been for the JFT96 campaign from its early days but sadly while one person on their own or even a few people can be rational when it comes to something like this the fact is, as someone has already pointed out, they will be at it again next week regardless of the fixture.
19. Cheers. I thought about all that but the final receipt actually quoted the incorrect exchange rate and the total of goods and services all inclusive was $900 which equates to about 555 quid. Not sure what happened like. I won't be losing sleep over it but just thought it was a bit odd.
20. The exchange rate I was quoted was 1.56977 The actual exchange rate according to what I am told are the most accurate calculators of such things online is 1.62184 I've been charged an extra 20 quid for a purchase that I don't believe I should have been. It's hardly a massive amount but then that's not the point is it. Can someone else check it out as well just to make sure I'm not being thick.
