    Usually drink in Centre of Brum for all but wolves away but we re not gonna get there till just after 6. Any recommendations ? Whats the pub called just past ground and left down a bit of a hill on the roundabout ? Usually half home and half us isn't it ? Any help appriecated

    I ve admitted on here though ashamed that I and MOST of anfield used to sing the runway song but have met so many reds on my travels in recent years who not only claim to have never sung munich or have never heard it sung? Now either we have a load of new fans or we have lots of deaf fans. Likewise the mancs claiming Only a handful were singing after the game is complete joke and a lie too. A bit of honesty instead of brushing it under the carpet from both sides would a massive step in the right direction instead of all the point scoring re they sung this and we sung that after etc

    Very well written post. As I have previously stated I admit singing the 'runway song' with most of anfield pre 1989 and I m ashamed of that but do admit it. I am quite pleased that despite some serious baiting in recent years I haven't sung any such songs at anfield or when we ve played there. I was however present when my fellow fans sung the aforementioned song gerting of the train in mcr at cup game last year, on way and in the ground both during and afterwards. Yeah they have plenty of scumbags who will no doubt revert to singing about us next game but let's remember we have these sort of clowns who still drag our reputation through the gutter still.
