    I recon a goalkeeper is the least of Arsenals problems if Fabregas goes Gallas has gone i think Silvestre is going then Arsenal might be our ticket back in to 4th they are the weakest of last seasons top 4 tbh,Wenger has got big problems there at the moment walcott hasn't become the player he promised to be van persie picked up a few injuries last season,arshaven is a good player but dropped of last season in the end, I don't think Riena would entertain a move he is more than happy with us

    Dalglish is a top man liverpool through and through from what i have herd from Roy the more and more at ease i feel about next season (not saying were gonna win this or that) im just saying in 2 short days ive gone from dread to optimistic if we keep Gerrard Torres and add 2 or 3 players then i recon we can push on and aim for top 4 again just need the yanks to fuck off and i will be a happy man again

    Very optimistic just watched his interview in full he didnt want to get involved in any "other" business pure and simple doesn't involve me was his answer im just going to get on the training pitch and coach thats what we need after the last 18 months of they said this he said that shite feel a lot more relaxed about the new season now just wish him all the best hope the board give him some money to spend

    The bit that worried me was when Roy was asked about the main players leaving he said "it was out of his hands " talks will take place,does that mean Torres and Gerrard will be sold regardless what they/Roy want? any way impressed with the way he conducted himself not my first choice but I wish Roy all the best and i will back him all the way now come on reds....

    Tell you what though if Roy knows what money he's getting back from transfers (and its fuck all say) then i'd take the cambiaso swap plus say £15m for Mascharano may aswell try to get replacements of a high standard thrown in at least the yanks would get less aswell

    I dunno about £10-£15 mill hes only 21 years old,he can put a foot in,can make something out of nothing quite decent deadball taker aswell chips in with a few goals Standard are a bit of a feeder club they churn them out and sell them to balance the books bit like they did with fellini (lee909 seems to know a bit about young belgian players) only seen him a couple of times on internet but looks a really good player ( i think he's the leige captain so must have something about him)

    Maybe we will shock some people,last season we expected a very close title challenge(including us i mean) and we blew it be it Rafa's fault or the players or both i think the pressure played apart aswell,this season no-one will expect us to do anything the likes of chelski,scum,citeh and arsenal wont consider us as a threat (due to our off fiels problems) if we can keep Torres,Gerrard Riena and add 2 or 3 decent players then i think top 4 is there for the taking if we dont keep the above players then lucky to get top 6

    Just hurry up and announce Roy so we can get on with the new season ffs players who may want to go should be given a deadline to hand in a transfer request(say middle of july) if they dont then they stay lets get some stability back (after all thats why Roy was the first choice wasn't it?)

    Same as every big league really,even the newer middle east leagues are bringing in big name foreigners to boost there league they need it to boost the profiles same as la liga and the premier league and how italy used to be

    We all love to see the worlds biggest players in the premier league problem is (its been said a million times i know) young players are not breaking into the top sides (with the odd few exceptions) young players tend to drop down divisions to get first team football,off the top of my head i can not remember a player outside of the top flight playing for england since Steve Bull,players like Paul Anderson who 3 years ago were going to be a big star now hes at forest unable to break in to the Liverpool 1st team yet El Zahar can? El Zahar is no better from what ive seen than Anderson but its become the english way young foreigners get a chance young English players tend to offloaded thats why england wont do anything in the next world cup p.s i like to see the best players in the prem its not having ago at foreign players its more the system
