Then have the players repeat this in the game or games if I dont get sacked.

We showed no movement no skill even no desire in my eyes, this against a team who havent won at home in the league since Novemeber. Aurelio first choice Insua a good alternative, but Aurelio is injured far too often and it's effected Insua, he's ended up playing nearly every game this season and has been in need of a break which he hasn't got cos of Aurelio's injuries. So a new one would be good although i think we have other positions to sort out first

Never been a big fan of his but played well last nite and has played well this season looks like he's started to grow demanding the ball more trying to make things happen more with more adventurous passing. Let's not make comparisons he's a red let's support him and watch him grow
