  1. Youre talking to Joey right? Im all cagey and insecure now.... a bit like our arsehole of a manager.:(
  2. Great, now,for once i seem to have captured the mood, and im geting tarred with the JoeyKop twatbrush on all the headers. I just want Benitez removed from LFC thats it. Please lets re-focus on what he did tonight. Do you think hes doing it on purpose? I do,i think he wants the sack and hes wanted the sack for about 6 months. This is fucking bonkers.
  3. A. Its been done. B. It wasnt funny the first time. C. Benitez should walk, 2-0 v Spurs was Carraghers victory. Benitez shown up for the utter coward he is tonight.
  4. After Carraghers exhortations V Spurs, i wonder what he makes of Benitez' selections tonight? Good to see him demotivate and bewilder Aquilani so soon after his progressive display v Spurs. And to a lesser extent, Degen. Do you see now? All you loyalists, who happily slag off Babel, and refuse to see what a negative influence this guy is on the creativity in our side. Dont you see what hes done to countless forwards? He's now doing the same to Aquilani. You can put your house, every week, on Benitez dropping from the side the very players that shone in the previous game. The guy is a total psycho. Who's paying Benitez? The Glazers? He makes my fucking skin crawl. The gutless, joyless, clueless, negative, cagey, cowardly ****. Neg away boys. Worst. Boss. Ever. No its not a fucking poem.:wallbutt:
  5. Welcome to Rafa world. I fully expect them both to be dropped next game.
  6. You said it. And theyre not are they? Thats why last year we beat our title rivals home and away, yet dropped points against lesser sides. Its Benitez that needs to motivate his team, and he doesnt do it well enough. Do you think Lucas, Babel, Insua etc are suitably revved up to play Stoke, Birmingham Wigan etc? Do you think they grew up knowing who htese teams are? Thats the boss's job to point out that theyre in a battle EVERY WEEK to win the prem. Benitez has failed on that score. Too cagey, too cold. This is not news. Last night, Carragher with the licence as captain, did Benitez' job for him once they crossed the line. If Carragher had not done that and set the tone, i doubt we would have even drawn the game. Credit to him.
  7. And Johnson is a 17m injury prone right back. Dont get me wrong, im glad Johnson plays for Liverpool, but i think given the price of any decent winger is out of our league, then we need to move him forward. Kelly will be fine. Chuck him back in when hes fit i say.
  8. I think this whole Carragher thing reflects more on Benitez' lack of motivational powers than Gerrards. Like the OP said he was awesome last night.
  9. Told ya so. Degen has been progressive all season. Which does beg the question with Degen AND Kelly as right backs why did he buy Johnson? Johnson needs to play on the wing now. An unintended consequence and maybe a happy accident. No? Also Carragher was awesome last night. Nice to see the players get motivated AFTER they crossed the line. If Benitez wont do it then Carragher will have to. Looks like theyre managing themselves right now. Players 10 Benitez 1.
  10. I see more of him than you do of me. Its not hard is it. Keep moving.:wallbutt:
  11. This is horseshit. He has the ability. He has no motivation or confidence. That is his fault, and the managers.
  12. Hes right. He also could have mentioned U21 player of the tournament a while back, or the goal that gave us a lifeline in the CL, a lifeline which Benitez then spurned by taking off Torres and letting them on to us for an equaliser. Benitez has fucking destroyed a raw attacking talent. I agree hes clearly not trying now, but its Benitez' fault. He has form in this regard. Look at Kuyt, Bellamy and Crouch. All had a dip in form under this man. You get O'Neill in charge of him and he would be transformed. Flame away.
  13. You assume much too much mate. How can you possibly know what i thought? Was gutted when Murphy left, Crouch was hounded out and humiliated, and Bellamy (a liverpool fan) was cast aside when Torres arrived, except shit for brains didnt buy any experienced striking cover. Warnock is the only one that i didnt mind going at the time. But that now just illustrates how far weve slipped. Its a reflection of Benitez judgement, not mine. Hes now don the same with Arbeloa. Whilst every week, sticking doggedly to Kuyt Lucas Insua and Aurelio (when fit). His brain is curdled. Try not to jump to too many conclusions about people you know fuck all about.
  14. Those lineups are beyond depressing. Bellamy Crouch Murphy Warnock would all walk in to this shyte right now. Fucking lunatic manager.
  15. Good post. But i hope he walks. As you say he would be re-employed soon enough anyway.
  16. What does that win tell you about the motivational powers of the manager? They got themselves up for that. This has always been the case.
  17. And you're splitting hairs.I think it needed reiterating who we were playing. We made Reading look like a Prem side tonight. We were utter shyte when Torres and Gerrard were on too. He's lost the players, regardless of who's fit and who's not. Johnsons form has nosedived immediately prior to his injury and Riera is as lazy as Babel. Maybe Pepe would have saved the pen. Ill give you that. He certainly wouldnt have crumpled to his knees in tears without moving an inch left or right. Summed it all up. He looked like he was having a fit in the back of the net at the final whistle.
  18. Agree with this ethos, though not sure about Aquilani.
  19. And the sign above reads THAT WAS ANFIELD. NOW FUCK OFF.
  20. Mr Shadow, what happened to all the Gaters?? I miss that site.
  21. Rafa lost the players the night Babel put us level against Lyon. He then took Torres off and his marker scored the goal that lost us control of our destiny in the CL. The players lost their belief that night. I posted exactly this the night it happened. Weve been in a tailspin ever since. And we were fucking shyte before that too. I still have the image of Agger making Rooney look like a village green humper 5 years ago for Denmark. I still remember Babel roasting the scum down the left when we snotted them twice in a season and being the U21 player of the tournament a while back. Insua is a decent prospect but is absolutley fucked cos we dont have cover. Kuyt cares but is basically a Golden Retreiver in a red shirt. Bye. Degen is worth keeping. Said it before on here. He wants to wear the shirt. Gerrard and Torres are clearly not right, but will want to be right for the World Cup. So will both maybe need an op before the summer. Aquilani is a lightweight nothing. A waste of money i can barely get my head round. Kelly is a good prospect. Benayoun needs a rest. Murphy, Crouch and Bellamy all got MoM in their respective games on the same day 3 weeks ago. All sold by Benitez. The man is a cold, clueless chancer, who won the CL on the drive of Gerrard and the purchases of Houllier, yes, HOULLIER. I'll repeat that, HOULLIER!!. Not all Rafas signings have been shit at the outset, but hes made them shit over time. Also, how do we manage to win the FA youth cup so much and not bring ONE of those players through the way that Gerrard came through 10 years ago. We need to sack him, and rely on him ending up at Real Madrid to avoid the majority of that pay off. Its gone seriously wrong. O'Neill is needed at LFC. He builds TEAMS. Yes folks, its that bad.
