  1. Its not the first time, dickhead - Check your old fucking posts ( Sorry don't know how to do it cos I don't live my life on here ) why would I register with you!!! - you need to get out more I've told you before, I don't want to be your friend, i'm sure you have lots of virtual friends on here and i'm sure that matters to you very much - maybe you should concentrate on them??
  2. I'm sure you fancy me or something, the way you follow me around to give pointless abuse is a bit disturbing - maybe you need help - Wool. As usual, you don't offer anything other than ill informed knobhead comments - stay behind your keyboard, forum celebrity prick
  3. Not ignoring them at all - Coutinho has been great, sturridge - not too sure about his consistency, but all points to good. As with all clubs - you can take a list of signing and make a argument as to success or not - Sahin, Borini, Allen etc It is actually you that is taking the leap of faith by mentioning everyone we have been linked with and using it as some badge of honour. Evertonareyou The players we have now finished 7th - You can make a point that it may have been different if Coutinho or Sturridge would have been bought last Summer - but they weren't. I want to better 7th - Don't think it will happen with Toure, Aspas and no Suarez
  4. I think the key here is being " linked " We can be linked with just about anyone, whilst we are actually signing Toure, agreed a fee for Aspas and a senior official photographed with Pearce. You are right, i'm still very suspicious about the Owners, but that's just my opinion. We cant change where we have finished in the league for the last few years, but what we can do is try to make it better and I don't think any of the players that we have been known to either have spoken to or signed would take us forward - but as long as we are linked to good players that is ok isn't it - evertonareyou??
  5. You might be right, it might get better - but as fans, we can only make an assessment on what we know and right now it doesn't look good does it?? Losing suarez and the beginning, middle or end of the transfer window can not be good news for a team that wants to progress. Maybe I just have less confidence in what the Owners are in this for than ypu do
  6. Yet another who cant add anything worthwhile then
  7. Why?? - cos I disagree with you?? Try adding something to the debate instead of name calling - Wool
  8. Well... Not necessarily, but i'm sure you will take the point that if we are looking to move to the next level, we should be keeping our best players and buying similar quality. It just doesn't inspire confidence. We are a team that has finished 7th ish for the last couple of years so there are many reasons why we will probably lose Suarez and I think it will be a mix of all of them which will see him go, surely we would have a better chance of keeping good players if we show some ambition ourselves. I'm sure Suarez would find it a lot easier to deal with "The British Press" if we were in the mix for winning things
  9. Can you imagine the conversation: Suarez - So who are we buying to get us to the next level? Rodgers - Kolo toure, erm cheap, Aspas, relagation team, so low buyout clause and Alex Pearce, out of contract so cheap. The buying policy isd never going to get us to the next level and i'm not sure the owners want that anyway as it may cost money
  10. He's a tit isn't he. Put aside that we might be buying this shite( and no wonder Suarez wants out ) but can you imagine any CEO worth his salt to allow himself to be photographed with a potential signing? It should all be secret but not with this fame hungry cunt. So Suarez says to Rodgers " who are we buying boss " Well - Kolo Toure - cheap free transfer Aspas - relagation side so cheap buyout clause Alex Pearce - out of contract and cheap No wonder his head is in fucking Madrid
  11. Looks like Luis is off Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has admitted he would find it hard to turn down Real Madrid after saying this year was “difficult” for him and his family. The Uruguay star is widely regarded as one of the best players in English football but has endured a troubled time in the Premier League, showing genius on the pitch but serving eight and 10 match bans for racially abusing and biting opponents respectively. Liverpool failed to qualify for the Champions League again, the former Ajax forward has been linked with a number of Europe’s top clubs, including Real. And with Suarez and many associated with Liverpool believing the press and FA have an agenda against the player, he said he could walk out on England. “I have spoken with my agent and saying no to Real Madrid would be difficult,” Suarez said in an interview with Spanish radio station COPE’s Latin American correspondent Martin Charquero. “I am happy with Liverpool, I love the club but this year was very difficult for me, my wife and my daughter. “I have spoken to Brendan Rodgers, and he knows what I want. I have a family, a daughter and I am not prepared to continue this way with the English press.” Suarez has also been linked with Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain. In a separate development, Liverpool have been linked with Celta Vigo striker Iago Aspas. Aspas, 25, has scored 12 goals for the Liga strugglers this season. Celta must win their final game of the season and hope results go their way to avoid relegation. He would cost in the region of £8 million. Eurosport - 29/05/2013 22:35
  12. Is Zabaleta banned for the last 2 premier league games ?
  13. Really hope he stays but can't see it unfortunately
  14. Maybe we are not appealing as he is being sold anyway - hope not
  15. I hope you are right, but you never know with our lot
  16. This is the bit that's unclear. Are we (LFC) contesting it? There is nothing on the website, or is Suarez contesting it himself ? And we have told him he is on his own
  17. I notice that there is nothing on the Official website. Just hope we are supporting him here
  18. It will be interesting to see whether the club grow a pair of bollocks and support Suarez's view that it doesn't warrant any more than 3 game ban. Hope he is not hung out to dry again
  19. I think you misjudge their motives for giving him a contract, they hoped that some sucker would pay what they wanted for the club if a Champions League winning Manager was in situ.
  20. I'd have Rafa back tomorrow - just a personal view
  21. This is my fear. The owners look at the " big picture " If they feel that they can sell Suarez for £40m, for example and then pay £20m for someone else, who, although not as good, will keep us ticking over in upper mid table, I think they would take that. They don't think like supporters
  22. Sorry now I get you. Polo I take your point re Dempsey and the marketing thing but I reckon Dempsey, and his agents also knew that and probably asked for loads regarding image rights. I agree with you re Coutinho for now, but I reckon they hope they have got him in early and will ( try ) to make him the household name and sell shirts. You see it now, outside the ground with all the Coutinho merchandise on sale
  23. I hope we can. But I think we are miles away from where Suarez deserves to be. With Gerrard getting on and Carra going, the Owners want someone to sell shirts etc. I reckon they hope Coutinho will pick up that slack and be marketed to death if Suarez goes
