Dear Stephen Thank you for your letter/ email regarding the Season Ticket Waiting List. We have now completed the final phase of the clean up of our Season Ticket Waiting List. The closing date for registrations was the 28th October 2011 and this was clearly published online and within the letters sent to supporters. We are fully aware that some supporters have had some difficulty in registering before the deadline and once flagged with us, we have assisted these fans in registering for their place. 23rd September 2011 Phase 3 Announcement and FAQS published online 29th September 2011 Online update regarding letters 14th October 2011 Online update regarding letters/already registered 27th October 2011 Reminder of closing date online 28th October 2011 Season Ticket Waiting List now closed 2nd November 2011 Queries completed/No further queries accepted This phase of the clean up began on 23rd September, as per above and we feel that we have provided ample time and clear communications for the registrations to take place and for issues to be flagged with us. In order for supporters to be able to view their position on the Season Ticket Waiting List online, we need to firstly allocate their positions, which as you can appreciate is a massive undertaking. We have committed to our supporters that this will be in place by the end of November. wish I'd never read this thread! Just phoned ticket office and I had ticked to be added to the waiting list when I got my fan card in 2004- they never wrote to me in 2004 (even though before she checked the postcode they just said they would have if i'd ticked) and i moved many years ago so didnt get the letter this time. She said I could write in to explain but the deadline was last week. do you think there is any point?
