Thought he improved after we equalised. What annoys me about his current role is he tends to just patrol one part of the pitch instead of dropping deep and getting involved in the game, which makes it a lot easier for the likes of Makelie to marhsall him. He's basically got a free role and licence to cause havoc but he goes into hiding too much.

Not sure this applies to tonights game. It was a semi final of the CL against a very strong side, you can't just throw caution to the wind. First half we were poor, but after that we had them on the ropes. Just not our year.

To be fair, Chelsea are a tough side to break down, but I thought we did take the game to them after we scored and had them on the ropes at times. Just not our night and year. But the fact that we've never scored there in some crazy run of games and then score 2 but still go out does rankle a little bit.
