After a three-day hearing in London High Court Justice Christopher Floyd said that he will come with a written ruling regarding the former Liverpool owners recommendation to the changing the verdict that paved the way for a sale of Liverpool for £ 300M to New England Sports Ventures in October. According to Bloomberg, the ruling is not expected until about two weeks and it will be clear if Gillett and Hicks may sue in the U.S.. Royal Bank of Scotland has consistently argued that they can only be sued in the UK. So can we, Liverpool Football Club sue the previous owners over false promises in the USA to? We have lost a lot of money becouse of their lies. I hope someone will take a look at this possibility. As we all know, the american Judiciary is a crazy one.

Disagree! Neighter Rooney or Berbatov were better players than Suarez is. Suarez has been outstanding in the Netherlands eresdivisie, and is a better goalscorer than both of them. I have seen most of Ajax matches over the past 2 years, and I would rate him higher then both Berbatov and Rooney. Take for example a look at the WC. Suarez did impress, did Rooney? Ehh.. The best english clubs all have top strikers (I don't rate Arsenal cause the're don't win trophies anymore). Lets see: Rooney £25.6 Berbatov £30.75M Drogba £24M Tevez £47 M Adebayor £25 M So what does this tell you? Yes. You need some top class players, and they are expensive. Manchester United are a grat example. They pay for som real class, and the rest of the squad is a mix with a lot of talent. But as it seems now, Liverpool are unwilling to buy this class, and we will not conquer anymore. So when NESV bought us they should make us stronger when they have the chance.

This games against United used to be the highlight of the season before. Unfortunately I have no excitement anymore, thanks to Hicks and Gillett. I think this match is totally uninportant compared to whats going on behind the scenes. We will probobly playing championship soccer in one year or two if Hicks can continue his ownership. I think its too much talk about a mass boycott now. We have to put it in to action before its to late. Its not easy, but it seems like a boycott is the only way to save our club from the worst period in history. Think of a Anfield of 5.000 supporters. It will scare Hicks, couse the banks know he cant pay if he gets no income from the Anfield crowd. I think the banks then will back off, and say no to a refinance. I still belive a boycott is the best thing to do, but I have another idea too; Fill the hole Anfield stadium with black "Hicks and Gillett Out!" shirts, given by SoS outside the stadium before a home match.
