    I would say 'come to Canada' but last time they were here in 04 it was shite. Terrible game in Toronto and even worse clueless 'fans'. It was way better V Celtic in Hartford that summer ebcause all the real, ex-pat, fans went. I'd love us to play in a big U.S city but not against an MLS team. has to be Celtic or an Italian team...

    Might be worth S.O.S contacting C.F.U at Chester FC. Some people I know were barred from leaving the train station and turned back without any reason given at the recent away game V's Skelmersdale. Reportedly happened to at least 50 people, no-one charged, no incidents of trouble at all, just freedom of movement restricted in a so called free country.

    I agree the price is too high, but that is mainly down to the position we have been put in by Torres. We would not need to sign anyone, let alone Carroll for an over inflated price if it wasn't for him

    The only I have is half us/ half Alaves and that was only cos they were an unusual team and it was an amazing night. Other English clubs is very, very sad. Used to like the Half Rangers/Celtic bobble hats in the 80's...along with the "Rangers-Celtic" chant you'd occasionally hear. I also wore a fair bit of Juventus gear in the years right after Hysel..

    I have always said I would love to see that. Can't remember who was manager of Spurs when there was the 'goal' that Carroll scooped from two feet behind the line, but wouldn't you be tempted to just take the team off? Whoever did it would get in so much shit....but it would be worth it.. I've been Coaching in Canada the last few years and I have been soreley tempted. As well as being totally shit, the refs here have ethnic bias cos everyone who is in footy is am immigrant. The worst I have done is run into the centre circle off the bench and refuse to leave for a couple of mins...even seeing that off someone in the P.L would be boss!

They have the ideal caretaker sitting in the stande every fucking game, this is NOT HARD to work out. I don't think they are 'getting stick' as yet....but if they don't execute thier responsibilities tomorrow then I don't think it's unfair for people to ask questions even at this early stage...some of the 'superfan' bollocks on here makes me angry. We are LFC, we have standards.....once you piss them up the wall we might as well be fucking Newcastle...

    If they are not acting right now....is it time to start asking NESV serious questions here? It's still early days and they still have the good will of everyone, including me....but if they don't pull the trigger here, you really have to wonder about thier competance as guardians of our club. To date they have interviewed a few people to be the new C.O.O. or whatever......that's just not the biggest, most pressing issue at hand. Firing Hodgson is omething that should have been done WEEKS ago, Not knowing enough about the game is NOT a good enough excuse. They have been in dialogue with fans about a few issues....they have to know the feelings of the fans on this, what have they been waiting for. In American sports even the greatest teams have 'rebuilding phases', see the Dallas Cowboys this year. This is because no-one gets relegated an there is only ever one winner of anything. Teams who finish have the best draft picks and can improve the team, there is much more 'parity' in American sports. The need to change things is not as urgent in these circumstances...they have to fuck that idea of team ownership off NOW cos it's borderline taking the piss right now...

    The NFL is an outdoor sport, a shit outdoor sport I will give you that, but outdoor all the same. They play games in Cities like Green Bay, Chicago and last week Minniapolis in minus 20 degre weather outdoors....and they get it done. Being an Ex=pat, living in Canada...the last few weeks has seen freakishly bad weather fair enough...but it still makes me ashamed of fucking disorganized and soft my country has become...
