  1. Ah, but it would be a good stick. One of them orange ones that get thrown in the air.
  2. No way. I'm fickle. He's been in the job a day and he hasn't won 9 in a row yet, I think he should do the right thing and resign.
  3. That's a lot milder than I thought it would be anyway.
  4. ATK. Stay away from this thread.
  5. I really don't care where the players are from, but it's great when you see local players break through into the first team. It's like they're living out your dream. I would imagine there's greater pressure on the local lads that do break through, cos they're always gone have their family and mates in the crowd. And there's always going to be some jealous bastards waiting to spread rumours around town about their private life. It must be like living in a goldfish bowl.
  6. Not many of those kids will make it, if any, but if they do break into the first team then it will be money well spent.
  7. Yeah it's a good read. I also like the fact that he released it after he'd finished playing.
  8. HA HA. Strange picture in mind of Hugh Grant picking up Fat Sam and thinking he's a woman. :(
  9. Can't see us having the money to buy anyone to replace Garcia. Well not until the takeover's gone through anyway.
  10. Dudek's performance in the European Cup Final was like his career with us, brilliant one minute and an absolute liability the next. I'll always thank him for the penalty saves and the double save from Shevchenko, but the attempted saves in the lost two games were a disgrace. They really were poor. Fucking hell, Bruce Grobbelaar got investigated for making better saves than that.
  11. Apparently it's gone up to around £180 now.
  12. So you're more pissed off with the match commentary than going out of the FA Cup 3-1 at home. The mind boggles.
  13. The thing is it's a stick to beat us with. Without actually seeing what they wrote I wouldn't mind betting they weren't at the match, because if they were they couldn't fail to be moved or impressed by the level of support. Mind you having read some of things posted on here by so-called reds, the fact that other teams supporters are having a go shouldn't really come as a surprise.
  14. I understand what you're saying about other clubs, but what did you expect to find on Manc sites? They were never going to be in support of our campaign for justice.
  15. It wasn't mourning, it was about raising awareness. Mourning is remaining silent and sombre. Yesterday was nothing of the sort. I can't believe I've just read that. Nobhead.
  16. Tim Cahill - Crocodile Bait Phil Neville - Leather clad gimp
  17. You have got to be the biggest wind up merchant on the planet.
  18. I've voted yes. My Dad's from Glasgow, Mum's from Liverpool. I was born in Glasgow and have lived virtually all my life in Liverpool at that's the reason why I support both Rangers and Liverpool. I've often wondered what I would do if they ever met in a European game, and to be honest I haven't got a clue. Whenever they've been in the same draw, I've just prayed that they just don't get drawn together.
  19. Is St Albans now in Liverpool then?
