1. As a regular surveyor of Hotukdeals I have noticed some cracking offers on season tickets from Premier League clubs - some are probably even cheaper than what it costs to be just a member and in with a chance of a ticket with us. Crap teams admittedly, but if I were local to any of these would be a good chance to take the little one and get them into footie...and probably a cheaper way of getting to see our away game against these team than paying touts!! Blackburn Rovers Season Ticket 2011/2012 Season in the Premier League @ Ewood Park for just £225 - HotUKDeals Wigan Athletic 2011/2012 Season ticket for 1 adult + 1 child only £270 (for both) ie £14.21 for two tickets for each Premier League match + Under 5's free - HotUKDeals FC Fulham Season Ticket 2011/2012, Adult £379 / £125 Juniors , With FREE Season Ticket for 8 yrs and under.. Convienient for whoever lives in London. - HotUKDeals
2. Went last night (corporate tickets through a friend), first game in ages - but wow, what can I say, reawoke my love of all things Liverpool. The intensity of the play and movement reminded me of my Kop days in the 80s, and I dont think I have seen an individual performance such as Suarez for a long time (a modern day Beardsley perhaps, although different style). And the travelling Kop were a credit - a wall of noise from a bank of red, all the way through - looked a right laugh!

4. Thanks to all those who replied - went with a custom buit tower from Ginger6, got to say they impressed in their reviews and customer service.
5. As you were all so helpful with my website problem, a second question to the nerds: I am self-employed (PR consultant) currently working with a 4 year old Dell Latitude laptop on a docking station. Only problem is that this regularly overheats/fan whirrs about a lot and slows down/crashes. I am assuming that a change to a desktop will help avoid this problems as it is starting to affect my productivity. I mainly use the PC for work (documents/photos/adobe/upload internet/ internet research) and when I have multiple applications open that seems to kill the laptop. I am looking for desktop unit that is more than capable of doing the above and with the potential for gaming at a later date (realise this may need a separate graphics card). I would require it pre-assembled (no time for building). I have had the Novatech PC2000T recommended to me (£460 incl VAT and OS installed), and I was wondering if there are any views on this or similar systems I should consider at around this price point. I have a monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers - so just the tower is required. Thanks to anyone who can help.
6. So it seems, thanks all for accurate information, my annual subscription is up - although last time it self renewed. Anyway at least I now know, although they could have a more business looking lapsed address page rather than looking like I traffic women!
7. I thought I could turn to the TNF as I remember something similar happening here: my webiste homepage appears to be hacked and now shows a blonde girl with a rucksack (Andrew Wilkins | Grants | Tiffany | Name For Baby | Ira | Delta | Mercedes at Andrewwilkins.eu). Can anyone help - I am currently pursuing new business at a critical time, and I dont think potential clients want to meet Tiffany or Salman, as attractive as they might appear!!
8. .appologies if posted before, but made me laugh:
9. "Ronnie Whelan" shouted from the back of the Kop from a lone voice during lulls in games during the 80s, made us laugh..

11. BBC News - Four jailed over sham marriage in Peterborough "Four jailed over sham marriage in Peterborough Four people have been jailed for their involvement in a sham marriage with the aim of tricking officials into letting a Nigerian woman stay in the UK. The fake ceremony took place at a church in Peterborough in May this year, the city's crown court heard. Ruth Abumhere, 29, from Nigeria, was jailed for two years." The fact it is about supposed immigration cheats makes the name even more apt..
12. Are those videos from the official site?? Why I brought Liverpool football club? Brought it where?? I know this has been a stressful couple of days, but the misuse of grammar...tsk...
13. With all that is going on - and the sheer, bare-faced underhand tactics that G&H are employing, which most of the English courts and media cant believe - it is a damning testimony of Moores'/ Parry's search for investment and their conclusion to give it to these two cowboys. I know it has been said, partially in jest, before...but when this is over, it should be the next objective of SoS or other fan pressure groups for Moores to be relieved of this honourary status at this club. If it were up to me, he should also be pressured to pledge some of this illgotten gains from the sale to these two bastards to either a charity (HJC) or the club. Here endeth my rant....
14. Cant someone get one of those posters down to one of the Chilean miners? Would get huge exposure this evening: "Hicks and Gillet not welcome down here"
15. Any Turks here that can help me with the translation of a short sentence (Turkish to English)? Thanks.
16. Excellent article here, exlpaining a bit more detail on how Broughton has achieved the takeover. I think him keeping quiet over all these months was befitting of a serious chairman..wouldnt mind if he stayed on at present. 17. Key questions answered about the proposed Liverpool takeover | Football | The Guardian good read, well played Broughton!
18. How you read that from the answers I dont know..calm down dear
19. To be honest, what with the build-up in public opinion anyway in recent days, plus the official statement put out today, a Hicks/Gillet refinancing would have a very short lifespan anyway..there would be such a galvanisation of fan opposition, they would have no chance.
20. Excellent - I knew it reminded me of something - rep on the way!
21. BBC Sport - Football - Roy Hodgson insists Liverpool will overcome problems Click on the video thingy button and see how Roy gets a bit frustrated with journalists questions on his approach. Interesting that they are already focussing on this as a stick to beat him with...
