  1. Missus got Upper Kemlyn. Block CE4: Anfield Seating Plan - Liverpool FC
  2. Bit annoyed that they say you can buy the S.T. by the 20th, but if you choose not to, or can't afford - £700 at such short notice would be tough to find for most, particularly at the moment - then you have to apply to have your name added to the list, and you go to the end of the queue.
  3. Serves you right for looting. She spoke to them today and they said someone else can collect ticket as long as they have her ID etc.
  4. Missus got a letter yesterday. She's still officially 468 on the list. Offered Paddock or Kemlyn seat for £700 (17 games).
  5. Me kitten's got worms! O_o I have therefore been unable to get it yet. Gonna be middle of this week now...probably.

  7. Used cars - Find a used car for sale on Auto Trader Give you an idea of what's around in your area, both in terms of cars and companies. Just spent ages looking myself and ended up with a 04-reg Hyundai Getz. Miles better and cheaper to run than my V-reg 2.0 Vectra, which was thirstier than George Best in a desert.
  8. Is that half a pouch of Felix per meal, or all day? Couple of other questions for you kind people... I know they have fur, but would a cat be ok in the house on its own in the winter with the heating off? Would it be ok to leave a cat in the house with the lights off in the winter, considering it'll get dark earlier and it could be on its own for an hour or two before anyone would get in? I know some of you have two+ cats...do you think it's fair to just get the one cat, considering it will be a house cat and it is likely to be on its own for most of the day? Some have said you give the cat a little bit of fish...what sort would/do you give? I am thinking for when it's older, as opposed to now. Thank you, kind folks.
  9. Just had a quick look up...reckon between 6-8 weeks? Apparently this kitten's very mature.....
  10. Thanks all. Just noticed that, when we get the kitten's first lot of jabs done, this includes their first "flea and worm" treatment. Apparently also includes also the "1st vac, 2nd vac, HC, 4 weeks PP insurance, Kitten Pack and microchip". All this for £57. This reasonable? Think we'll probably go with the Frontline.
  11. Also...what's the situation with fleas? Is it best to get drops/spray to prevent them? Or would a simple flea collar do the trick?
  12. The kitten is an all black female. Got no pics, but here's a stunt double: I will post some cute pics at the weekend. As it's all black, we (me and my 5-y-o daughter) have decided to call her Sammy - short for Samantha the Panther. As for the food...lot of different views and opinions (all gratefully received) - so it looks like I'll just have to make the choice myself. Have seen Go Cat recommended, so may well give that a try first, adding a little bit of water/kitten milk to wetten (?) it up a bit. Cheers everyone
  13. Maybe Mr Gutmann should concentrate on his own finances? Liverpool bar pioneer Rob Gutmann made bankrupt with debts of £2.6m - Liverpool Local News - News - Liverpool Echo
  14. Thanks everyone. While I appreciate the teeth thing, the dry food does say 1-12 months. This would indicate it'd be ok for kittens?
  15. Picking it up on Saturday. It'll be 7 weeks old. We're sorted for litter, litter-tray, carrier, bed, climbing thing, scratching post, toys etc. Just not sure on food. We're gonna try dry food. While we try to find one that, hopefully, the kitten will like, we are just gonna get a small amount. I was wondering if anyone would know how long a 1kg bag is likely to last? Also, can anyone recommend any decent dry food? We're thinking of getting the Kitten and Junior in this: IAMS Dry Cat Food: great selection at zooplus: IAMS Dry Cat Food - 25% off selected large bags at zooplus! Thanks.
  16. Henderson also. Surprised Robinson's not in the squad, despite his age. Can't be any better English left-backs in that age group than him.
  17. I defo didn't recognise those pics. Can't say it's not happening here, but that vid didn't appear to be from here.
  18. Like a few others, I had the same problem with The Shield. Bought the DVD of the first series in the aftermath of watching the whole 5 series of The Wire in about 3 weeks. I gave it a go - 3/4 episodes - but it just didn't grab me. I even lent it to others in the hope they would watch it , tell me how good it was in inspire me to watch it, but they couldn't get into it either. I gave it another go about a month back, though, and I am hooked. Not The Wire hooked, but still... About half way through series 4 at the mo.
