I love the arguement against him that he doesnt do anything othe than score, and doesnt offer build up play. Which the exact same as Carroll except for the scoring part. And the fact he has pace....power.... a touch.......skill......and did I mention score. Bent in the last year alone, not even including his sunderland days, just his Villa days, has scored the winner vs Man City on his debut, has scored 2 at emirates in a win, scored at old trafford, and scored away in a win at stamford bridge. Goal machine. I would love him here, but it would depend on price. 15M or less and its a no brainer.

Gerrard was terrible in 09/10. Reina this season has not been without faults, costing us , off the top of my head, 3 goals through individual , basic, goalkeeping errors. Torres in 09/10 scored 18 goals in 22 games. Then last season for us scored 6 goals in half a season under roy hodgson, then when kenny came in scored 3 in 4 and on his way to 20 league goals. How has he not been world class? Were you saying this when he was stioll here or when he left to go to chelsea? Fact is Fernando Torres is one of the greatest strikers in the history of our club, and THE most clinical striker the club has ever seen. The fact you refuse to give him any credit yet will give gerrard and reina ccredit, and no doubt say back carroll, say suarez is world class, claim that enrique us the best LB in th league etc etc just shows that your opinions are pure bias. Torres of Liverpool is the best striker of the last 10 years, and I include Suarez in that.

Has Gerrard? No, but he is still a world class footballer. Has Reina? No, but he is still a world class GK. The effect of Hodgson was huge. Oh and the season before last, in Rafas last season, Torres played 22 games, scored 18 goals. Thats world class. Last season, under roy fucking hodgson, he still managed 9 league goals by the time he left, and after Kenny came in he started to look like his former self and I fully believe if he stayed here he would have got 20 league goals by the end of the season

What you saw was a tru world class player in the form of steven gerrard utting two world class crosses on a plate for andy carroll. What you then saw was andy carroll proceed to fuck them up. Thats the difference here. It desnt matter who you put up top, Steven Gerrard will find them EVERY SINGLE TIME, wether or not its a goal then depends on the striker. shite again today IMO Gerrard came on and put two balls on a plate for him and he missed both. Clearly his complete lack of game intelligence is pissing off the team aswell, you just have to look at how mental Enrique went at him. Jose ran half the length of the field, got to the box and carroll was just jogging in a straight line with no movement, enrique went fucking mental at him, like he had in the first half when he put the ball along the 6 yard box downing pulled off, and carroll was nowhere to be seen

Tbh I think we have 3 CB. Martin, Dagger, and Coates. Carra is done really, he wont start anymore games. Maybe we plan to loan out Coates next season to a strong mid table team so that he is guranteed week in week out starts to keep his progress going, so we would need another CB

Try to keep it semi realistic at least, so no Messi or Ronaldo etc Just state who it would be and why If I had to choose it would be between Cavani, or Hazard. I think I would edge Hazard just for the fact that he is a more creative player than Cavani, more of match winner. He wont score as many as Cavani, for every 3 Cavani gets Hazard might only get 1 but Hazard is a wide forward so it would mean that less pressure would be on Suarez to create everything so he could move more central and focus on goals more, plus Hazard would be a guranteed 10 goals a season man which is important to have from midfield.
