Why do college kids need the EMA? They get child benefit if they are in full-time education and aged under 20.

Inevitability strikes.

Well done, you snuffed me out quite early. I did try to make it not so obvious, in the beginning at least. But ultimately the Red Mist descends!

I can honestly say I have never PM'd you in my life. In fact, I don't believe I've ever PM'd anyone about anything other than asking for/providing a stream for the football. If anyone was stalking you on PM, it must have been someone else who thinks you're a tosser.

Rooney's hair looks ridiculous.

Wow, the Hodge surprises us all. 1-1

I assure you, if I genuinely believed all that about Carroll I would have no hesitation in stating it. If there's one thing I'm not shy of doing, it's stating my opinion for the benefit of the masses.

I'm not accusing Carroll of being any of these things. Well, except overpriced. But he's had the other accusations levelled against them and some can be justified. But I don't think it's fair to say he doesn't give it his all.

You can accuse Carroll of being many things. Slow, fat, lumbering, overrated, overpriced, crap at football, a lout etc. Some of this may be justified. But I don't think you can accuse him of lacking effort. He tries his best but it's not going his way in a Liverpool shirt at the moment. I think there is more to come from Carroll but he's not going to be a prolific goal scorer for us.

First game of the season: Sunderland @ Home

Flanno's getting real stick on here which is unfair. He's only 18, he's bound to make some mistakes. It's not his fault Kenny kept him on when Kelly was available. And it's not his fault Henderson did absolutely nothing to support him. Lay off the lad.- 625 replies

Thanks for sharing. Do you mind if other tax-paying, law-abiding voters also shared their opinions without being jumped on? Or is it only YOUR opinion that is deemed legitimate in the twisted world that you live? "Build a better society". I think I'm gong to vomit. Again I ask, exactly who the fuck are you, and why should society be shaped according to your world views? In your world, criminals continue to prosper because the "better society" continues to indulge them and absolve them of any wrongdoing. It's not their fault, society failed them after all... Yes, I pay tax too. So do many others whose family members weren't destroying towns up and down the country. Why should my tax contributions continue to fund a criminal and his family? Home is wherever this woman's local council want to put her. Anyone who doesn't so much as pay rent on a property that is almost entirely funded by the state cannot lay claim to it being their home. 'Home' is also the town in which this woman lives; the same town her boy had helped wreck and loot. I don't give a shit what she considers her home. There's your sickening arrogance seeping through again. You talk about wanting to build better societies and feign sympathy for the less well off but you never fail to remind everyone how superior you perceive yourself to be to others. As if you're the only person to have benefited from an education or to have gainful employment. You're a smug, pseudo-intellectual and above all, a boring individual that possesses a breathtakingly narrow-minded view of the world and this is reflected in the fact you chastise anyone who doesn't share your beliefs. I imagine you have very few friends in the real world and will die alone, unloved and unmourned.

Do we have a better squad than 01-02 and 08-09?
Sloan replied to Paco's topic in FF - Football Forum
Not as good either the 2002 or 2008 team. The 2002 team had Gary Macca, a young Gerrard, an awesome Hamann and IGOR. 2008 had the best midfield in the world. 2011 has Lucas, Henderson, and Adam. -
Spare me your bleeding-heart sympathy. It's not 'evil' to evict a tenant from one's property in these circumstances. If the council and courts agree to remove the family, who are you to dispute it? Who died and made you the arbitrator of right and wrong? Take your sanctimonious, self-righteous opinions and shove 'em. Good for her. Why doesn't she rent some place else? This time, without state subsidies. Her home? The home belongs to the state, you numpty. Oh, I'm sure going to lose sleep over this. What is disgusting is your contemptible arrogance, a trait that is plastered over ever every post of yours. Maybe you should make a deliberate, concerted effort to NOT appear as a stuck up, smug, know-it-all prick, and you might endear yourself to others.

First game of the season: Sunderland @ Home
Sloan replied to Randy Marsh's topic in FF - Football Forum
The Henderson signing is totally bizarre. I have no idea what he brings to a team, he is a Sunderland-level player at best. No idea why we signed him. And for £20M too. Flanno had a tough time, if Kelly is fit he should start. As for big Andy. Unless we start playing to his strengths he will be completely pointless, like he was today.- 625 replies

Oh well, reality hits home. We were quite good in the first half but once Sunderland figured us out, they easily matched us. Not surprising, their midfielders are just as good as the ones we had out there.- 625 replies

Sloan replied to Randy Marsh's topic in FF - Football Forum
If Kelly is fit I would prefer him at right-back, otherwise can't argue with that team. It's the strongest we have got available. If it clicks into place we should smash Sunderland. But since this a bedding in period, we'll probably beat them just by the odd goal.- 625 replies

One family that was involved in the riots have been served an eviction notice from their council-funded flat. Great news, all of those involved in the looting and rioting should be given the same treatment. Maybe this family can now be inspired to actually find employment and pay for their residency like most people do. And this should serve as a deterrent to other mindless thugs who want to attack the society that feeds and shelters their worthless lives.
